Confirmed by 4 users | Last reported on May 10, 2023Dan and his team could not have been more accommodating at a time we needed power and a safe refuge in ABQ. We typically boondock, but the solar was malfunctioning and we needed to plug in on a chilly November night. They got us the proper electrical cords, made sure we were sufficiently set up, late on a Sunday. Grateful!!

This is a very friendly place. Dan and his staff are very accommodating. Dan has years of experience in creating things and that is what he is doing here! I can’t wait to see the new campground once it’s complete. For now parking in a parking lot is just fine. The view of the mountain is a great bonus! Large RV wash and convenient services (Dump and water no extra charge). I love it here when I come through town

An RV Storage place with the option to stay over. Really clean. Really safe. Really reasonable. Covered parking spots with power. Has a super nice place to wash your rig, (including a mezzanine for getting to the roof - yay clean solar panels!), dump station, fill propane, and even includes a bag of ice if you need it. As well as a stocked Keurig for a coffee on your way out. Dan and Bonnie were super friendly and accommodating - we were a last minute reservation: our van heater is malfunctioning - we were supposed to be boon docking up at Taos Ski Valley - but it's snowing and cold up there so decided to stay down here where it's much warmer and drive up tomorrow. Dan said they are working on getting showers too. That would be a huge bonus. Our home base is Flagstaff, we will definitely be using NomadLand as a regular stop over to freshen up the rig, and have a nice quiet, safe spot to rest for the last leg home - or first leg out of town. Yes you can hear highway noise, but it's in the distance and you are smack dab in the middle of a city so that's why it's a 5 star on the "noise".
Arrival was easy with the map and gate code I was texted upon calling for my reservation.

Who woulda thunk? But I thoroughly enjoyed this stay! Spotlessly clean, secure... I even had great sky views from my covered site! And because we had two spots we didn't feel hemmed in by the full-size rigs. The walk to the warm, 24/7 bathroom was no worse than a typical campground, and this one had a water filter station, ice, and coffee!
Nomadland also has a dump station and RV wash for those that need.
It was such a relief to be able to leave my teardrop and enjoy Albuquerque without having to worry about vandalism or parking.

Beautiful, camp/storage options. Covered spot with power was great! Service was top notch and prices were very reasonable. Great amenities, really liked the drive through wash station and secure entry! All well done newer construction with no corners cut.

The facilities and Dan WAY exceeded our expectations. Perfect for our 38’ class A plus our jeep because of the 2 spaces given. We stayed an extra 2 nights just because of how safe we felt and how clean everything was. Will definitely be recommending to friends and will stay again in a heartbeat! The view of the Sandia Mountains from our covered spot was icing on the cake!

After spending a previous night concerned about safety, we were so thrilled to find this place. Thank you Dan!! Our space was level, paved, safe and clean. Each day employees were cleaning various areas, Very impressive. We had electric, other spots have full hookups. Good wifi. We appreciated Dan’s attention to detail, such as the elevated platform in the RV wash area and the clean gently sloped dump station. The fresh water is filtered, they even have hot water if you wish. Across the street Dan is constructing a dedicated RV park with many amenities, to be completed in 2024. Check out the beautiful photo collage inside the main building. Leonard, the facility manager, was also very helpful. Dan provides a safe welcoming place for travelers.

I was in ABQ for a show downtown and wanted to camp close enough to town to I could take an Uber to the event. Dan was friendly, prompt, clear in his instructions and made things really easy. There is 24 hr access via a keypad. This storage facility is close to the Petroglyph Monument, but I didnt visit there on this trip.
It was an easy back in site for our 29ft travel trailer site #33, with site #32 available for my tow vehicle.
This facility is clean, quiet, well staffed, friendly and safe. If I lived in ABQ I would for sure store my Trailer here! This is a secure and professional operation.
They have a dump station (which i didnt use, but it looked to be a great setup)
They have a Full Size wash bay which I did use, had soap, brush, hi power sprayer, upper deck for gettin up high on your rig. All in great shape and like brand new.
Dan is building a second facility right across the street, so even more spaces will be available soon.
If you need a quick overnight (or two) in ABQ near the National Monument or Downtown, this is a great option. I would for sure stay here again.
