As I said this is a mobile home park that some of the sites have been converted to RV sites. That are all full hook up with a cement pad and pick nick table. The sites are all gravel. There is a very nice lounge by the pool and hot tub with full kitchen, exercise equipment, computer area, lounge w/tv and pool table. The pool is good sized and 8 ft. Deep on one end although it was closed when we were there. We were there in October for the Balloon Fiesta so the rates were $75 per night. Everything is very high priced durning the Fiesta and sites must be booked way in advance. (Dry camping in the casino parking lot is $60+ per night)

We took a chance on staying here based on previous users feedback. I'm here to share with you to save your money.
We arrived at the park for our month stay and found it to be about as described and based on the location expected it to have some road noise from the highway.
What we didn't expect was to come back to 4 officers with their guns pulled and surrounding a house 4 spots down from us. That was unnerving and caused us to make an immediate change of location/plans. When we went to the office to advise them we were leaving early they refused to offer any form of refund on our $475.
I'm all about paying for what I used, but when you don't even budge on the fact that you're community is unsafe that's where we draw the line.
Take you're lesson from our expense and stay ANYWHERE else but here!

We were looking for a short stay in Albuquerque while visiting family. This Park is mostly a Mobile Home Park, but still has quite a few RV Sites spread throughout the Park. This is the cleanest, most well kept, mobile home park we've ever stayed in. There was a laundry facility very near our spot, and the staff were very polite and helpful. We had a gravel spot, with picnic table and a small tree. The entire Park streets are paved, and there is an outdoor pool available for use (we didn't use, as it had not opened for the summer).
We stayed in our motorhome, a back-in spot with enough room to park the Jeep. Access to the Park is on a one-way frontage road, so you need to learn the cross streets to get back around to the entrance once you leave.
Noise from the Interstate was tolerable. This is a good place to stay if you are just looking for close to downtown Albuquerque.

Nightly rate reflects a monthly rate (did not include electricity). This park has over 300 mobile homes but does provide approximately interspersed 40 spaces for RV's...as such, the spots are quite large. Location is close to the east side of town and access to shopping and restaurants is easy. Please note that they do not let people register after 4:30...so plan on arriving early. Our site was an end site and a little more un-level that we were used to, so the maintenance guy provided us with some additional pieces of wood to prop up the wheels.
Did learn that nightly rates and access to the park is practically impossible during Fiesta, so plan acccordingly.

We booked on Sunday for April 2020 (5 months ahead of time) and had a huge change of plans . Called Monday to Cancel and we're hit with a $ 45 Cancel fee. If you cancel anytime it is a $ 45 fee. So beware. Also they do not refund on the credit card they send you a check. Beware...

I read reviews on this place. Big operation and no regard for the people who have issues. Had to leave a day early due to family illness. They charged us 45.00 extra on the stay. I spoke to the manager and she said that was the way they do business, I would not go back and would not recommend this park. It was very upsetting they advertise a great park. NOT so GREAT. I would keep looking for a different place to stay if you are traveling.
Just a note, the club house was not open, the swimming pool was not open etc. due to covid 19. This was a very depressing place and very costly. Plus no internet service at site.
