Hotel was in a good location. Room was good and clean. Air con unit was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Walls very thin. Could here people next door talking. Even heard their taps running. Ate in the restaurant and never again!!! Service was poor. Food was cold and had to be returned. Other dish did not come with the correct side. Had to ask twice for water and asked for mustard but never received. Waited 10 mins for the check then received the wrong change.

Great hotel and good customer service. Room was clean and spacious for my family of four. Close enough to Old Town and other attractions.

We were suppose to stay here for two days and only made it overnight and left first thing in the morning.
Room and hall smelled of sewage. Sheets and bedding were very very used and old, I don't normally get creeped by this sort of thing but these did. Noisy in general. I know other people had better stays so maybe just an off time
