I got there to late, the museum was closed, but the outdoor static display was great.

I went to this while camping at White Sands. It was very nice, and a cheap, close attraction to get out of the sun. There are also a lot of replica space craft out front. All together great place. Admission was $8 and took about 45 minutes, that was when it was empty, would probably take longer if it was full. I even added a planetarium show for $1!! Great for any science/space enthusiasts!
