When checking in at Value Place, please plan to pay the weekly rate and a $100. 00 USD refundable deposit. Value Place keeps things simple by allowing you to personalize your stay. Standard Value Place office hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM and Saturday 10AM-2PM. You may check in after hours by using the phone in the lobby.
