Famous around Australia for more than a century, the spectacular blowhole at Kiama sees the waters of the Tasman Sea explode in a spectacular display through a narrow gap in the rocky headland. You'd be wise to book ahead, especially if you're keen on signature dishes like his Bombay-style seafood curry.
Brilliant seafood is the focus down the coast at Ulladulla, and you've got options ranging from freshly-shucked oysters, tasty salmon and prawn baked treats at the locals' favourite, Hayden's Pies, or at the other end of the scale you can try dishes from one of Britain's most well-known TV chefs.
