I can leave a little early from my apartment and pick you up from yours, and then I'll take the first leg of the drive to Ozona. I think taking my car makes the most sense since I just had all that work done on her.

oh yeaaaah! first big landmark stop!!! (second to the applebees). this place will probably be crazy hot and we will end up literally covered in sand. giant dunes and everything. i think we'll want to spend like an hour, hour.5 here max, especially if its hot

looking online this place is probably actually very dorky and cheesy but i donnnnnt care. I think we will prob go thru the whole thing in an hour or so. i will be purchasing a t-shirt and if they have one, a patch. no questions.

a lot of places r only doing takeout but i did do my best to find different food that wasnt just the same chains we already have when i possibly could :( so this place is doing takeout only but they do have a vegan option and its not applebees or taco bell.

oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if this place isnt open i will probably literally cry but i mean. what can you do. what a cute pun? root 66? like route 66? ugh so cute. so yeah we will have lunch here they have like acai bowls and healthy foods so that we arent surviving on builders bars and fast food for the entire trip <3 (just most of it)
STAR GAZING/GOLDEN HOUR HIKE. how fun would this be? like we dont even have to do a big giant hike but we could go at night on a short little one and go up a little elevation and get away from the light pollution and just sit and look at the stars until we get tired? yeah?
