"This statewide trail runs across Montana and consists of 14 locations from the Two Medicine Dinosaur Center in Bynum to the Carter County Museum in Ekalaka. Each location offers a glimpse at the historic discoveries in the state and provides visitors with a better understanding of the giants that once inhabited our planet." More info- https://mtdinotrail.org/ (This also includes some of my favorite stops along the route! Note- use a mapping program to locate some of these museums as the location on here is not quite accurate)
The Roe River is the shortest river in the world! Check that off your bucket list in this beautiful state park!
Discover Havre's dark secrets beneath the streets! This tour is fun and exciting and well worth the time!
Take some time from your long road trip to relax at these hot springs! Recently completely redone and so nice to visit!
Eugene's may not look like much on the outside, but on the inside is the Best Pizza in Montana (yes, we voted! Several years in a row!). Gather with the locals and watch as the dough is thrown up the walls and carefully assembled! My favorites are Arleys, BBQ Chicken, and Taco!
This is a FREE museum! And really well put together (I worked here for two summers!). In the summer on the weekends they have fun educational programs, and if you get there on time you can catch a tour of the famous Fort Peck Dam Powerhouses! Stay at the Downstream Campground and walk the nature trail for the full experience.
