Timpanogos Caves are a long hike and you'll need plenty of time for those - so if you're not interested, toggle that off.
The Alpine Loop Scenic byway is a long drive around the mountains and through some canyons - if this isn't your cup of tea, you can toggle this off and just stick with the metro area.
