We liked this campground. It was just outside the park with a bus stop out front that takes you into the park. The campground is right up against the Virgin River. Our spot backed up to the river. The kids loved it.
They were closed when we went. It was too early in the season b/c we had a late rainy season last year. We want to go back to experience this location.
We didn't make this location but I've read that this is a very doable hike.
This was Faith and I at Emerald Pools. It is hard to get this location in entirety without a drone. It essentially is an arched cliff face that has water running off of it into some pools, that don't look so emerald as their name.
We ran out of time to do this location.
This was a very basic campground, but the facilities and hosts were nice. I enjoyed their clean showers (recently updated). We stayed here as a place to lay our head b/c we left the next morning.
This was an excellent place to stay just outside of Bryce Canyon. It places you right in the middle of the town outside the park and at the bus stop at the entrance to the park.
This is a must do trail. This park is easily done in 1 day. I suggest taking the bus to this location and then work your way back to the entrance of the park.
This was a nice campground and close to Capitol Reef. The bathrooms/showers weren't the best, but they weren't terrible either.
This is a HUGE park, but most of it is only accessible via off road vehicles. You can easily do this park in one day. The following are the sites we visited this day that made it very worth it.
