i've been in school since i was 3. i just finished my doctorate, and after saving money for school and spending all of my savings on tuition, i can't even afford to go on a trip to celebrate. i've always wanted to see the States. this would be the way i'd want to do it. see everything.
i have heard so many wonderful things about big sur. i hear it's one of the most beautiful places in the country. i have dreams of driving down highway one and spending a few days in big sure.

this either. i have friends that have been to glacier and they say it's nothing short of feeling like you're in a different world. i'd love to go in the fall - or early winter. being in a place like this, without school commitments, a place to clear my head and soak up God's creation... that would be just everything.
i love music. seeing a show at red rocks would be a dream.
i've never been to chicago. i hear it has some of the best food, wine, and architecture of any city in the States. it would have to be a stop on my trip.
