I love this place. It is a well kept place. Extremely clean.
Being by the ocean is great, except for the wind.
It is conveniently located between Yachats and Florence. Plenty of things to explore around.
And the sunsets are gorgeous.
WiFi is a bit spotty at times. But it works well when you are in the clubhouse.
I'm looking forward to stay there again.

This RV park came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. The price was a little steep but you can’t beat the location. The concrete sites are long and wide and the sunsets are amazing. You are a just a few steps from the beach and some of the most amazing sites on the Oregon coast. The town of Yachats was our favorite (along with Cannon Beach) and Luna’s Fish House is a must. I am not a huge fan of fish but my wife really wanted to go. Tuna sandwich was perfect. We visited Devils Churn, Thors Well, and Heceta Head Lighthouse. Devils Churn was our favorite. The WiFi at this location was great. ATT service is not available at the park but once you get into Yachats, it works just fine. If you get a chance to stay here, be sure to visit their guest lounge. It is incredibly nice. Also, the laundry area is nice and very clean.

We stayed here for one week in an oceanfront site. The 9 oceanfront sites have excellent views of the ocean and justify the expensive nightly rate. However, I'm not sure the other sites are worth the money. There is only a $10.00 discount for sites that are not oceanfront. Road noise increases as you move away from the oceanfront sites.

The RV resort has all of the amenities such as full hookups, WiFi and cable TV. The WiFi worked most of the time. It was slow during the evening when it is heavily used. Also, the signal strength seems to vary depending on how many RV's are between your site and one of the resort's WiFi antennas.

There is no cell service in this area. However, if you have Verizon you may be able to connect to a Verizon Network Extender in one of the neighboring homes. A Verizon Network Extender is a mini cell site that connects to home's broadband connection. It provides open access for anyone with a Verizon account. I know this because I have a Network Extender in my home. For a few days we had a strong 4G signal while connected to the Extender using our cell signal booster. But after a few days the signal disappeared. Maybe the residents left the home and turned off the Extender??

We stayed in site 7 and site 9. Site 9 was level, but we had to use levelers at site 7. This was surprising considering that the parking pads are concrete.

The power/water pedestals are positioned for motorhomes. If you are in a 5th wheel or travel trailer you may have problems reaching the pedestal. We used the full length of our 30 foot 30 amp power cord to reach the pedestal. Luckily, I had a 50 foot water hose. The sewer connections were closer.

Our Electrical Management System (EMS) showed an open ground in the 30 amp pedestal connection at site 7. Fortunately, there are two electrical connections on each pedestal so we were able to connect to the second 30 amp connection. I reported the problem to the management but it had not been fixed when we departed.

Overall, Sea Perch is a great place to stay!

We were there during a storm, so it was a bit scary and exciting to be right on the water hearing the waves roar! It is a small park, but being right on the water makes it so special. Concrete pads, full hookups, lovely and well maintained grounds.

At first I was so excited about this campground... we arrived and were stoked on location and how small it was. We unpacked our Sprinter van and set up our camp and were very comfortable. We had lunch and took the pups for a long run on the beach. So happy... then as I didn’t want pups to get cold, I rinsed them before sunset and hooked them to their leads off the van... my husband and I walked away 100 yards to watch the sunset and that started a snowball of critiques from the camp host... we weren’t allowed to have the towel that I dried the dogs off with hanging from our mirror. We couldn’t have the dog beds out for our dogs, or the carpet that the dog beds go on, we could have our yeti cooler out or the yeti dog bowls. She told me that this wasn’t a campground it was a resort... I had to bite my tongue to not lose it. Her camp was right across the way... had a ton of lose articles everywhere... I packed up everything and left my dogs lying on the cement. It was so annoying that I still have the worst taste in mouth... oh and they lock the bathrooms at 11pm... because they are in the club house... totally unacceptable. They should just be a motorcoach park because that is all they want there. Very disappointed as we have 300k in our van and set up so we shouldn’t feel inferior or treated that way. The list of rules here was crazy, almost cult like. People would just bring their wet dogs and put them in their motorcoach, seems gross to me. We won’t be back that’s for sure. I had read the same review on another site but because on here the reviews were so high that we tried it... big mistake.

Small well maintained RV park right on the water. There are 11 spots that front the water, the others are not direct but have a filtered view between the other rigs. The beach is fantastic and easily accessible, Spotlights light the wide strand beach at night. It's great to hear the waves as you sleep. The sites are close together with no separation for privacy

Make your reservation early and pay the little bit extra for a premium site. We had an unobstructed view of the pacific!
Welcoming and safe. Great hookups and easily accessed (site personnel walked us to our site and helped us park).
It says on the website that all sites have an ocean view which I would dispute.

Full hookup site (50 amp, cable, water, sewer) with a wide concrete pad that gave us plenty of room for our 31’ fifth wheel, truck, (their) picnic table, and (our) firepit and chairs.

Not all sites are oceanfront - be sure to check the park map when reserving. The park sits on US 101, but most sites are down the hill from the road and the ocean drowns out what little road noise there is on this fairly remote stretch of 101.

Grass lawn separates the back of the sites from the beach - maybe 50 feet from the stairs down to the sand.

Clubhouse facilities were closed due to COVID-19, but we knew that going in.

Great sunset view from our site!

While the park is in a fairly remote stretch of the Oregon coast, Florence isn’t too far south and Yachats is a short drive north. Plenty of state parks and walkable beaches to explore in both directions.

This was a splurge for us, but the oceanfront sites are well worth it!

We stayed here in our 25' Class C 2/15/21. This is a beautiful resort and you can't get any closer to oceanfront. It's pricy, but the view is well worth it. We had site #7 and as we arrived the host was there to guide us in and give us a welcome packet. We didn't use any facilities due to Covid, but will be back again! Our site was level with a nice picnic table and the dog area was large and clean.

A wonderful spot right on the ocean. The park hosts are friendly and helpful with their sites.

No cell service for all three carriers, that’s with a cell booster. The WiFi is stable.
