We arrived and the office was closed before the stated hours. This park is 90% permanent residents in travel trailers. We didn’t use the bathrooms so I can’t comment. The laundry looked ok. The electric worked and the water tasted good. ATT and Verizon were two bars or three with We Boost. Overall the grounds needed a little attention.
