Great shady, treed camp sites with trails along the cliffs edge. I'd say 3 or 4 sites are perfect for campers, one corner spot (I think spot 6?) had a 22-24' class C with plenty of room. There are good hikes to overlooks and a more challenging hike to the bottom of the canyon 1.7mi, 1800' each way. If you want to just relax, drink your coffee on the edge of the cliff and listen to the river below.
No cell coverage.

Mostly tent sites, but there are some pull-throughs. You'd need to watch your overhead clearance, though. Vault toilet, a water spigot, bear boxes, trash, tables. Some sites have a view of the canyon. A trail from the campground goes along the rim and has some observation decks. A road just before the campground leads to various other view spots.

Smaller grounds with about 15 sites. Clean sites and bathrooms. Water is usually available but spigot was missing so glad I packed water in. Grounds were full on a Wednesday so must be a popular spot.
There’s a trail overlooking the north rim connected directly to the grounds and very close to the North Rim Road and the ranger station.

We lucked out and drove in on a Saturday morning to find site #4 being vacated. This site is one of the more level sites, has views of the canyon and fit our 20 foot travel trailer. Out of the 13 sites at campground, maybe only 4 or 5 sites would suit a trailer or small RV, probably no more than 25 foot, given overhanging trees and shape of sites. Park website says max 22 foot for RV or trailer, which is mostly accurate. We had to back our trailer in, we couldn’t pull through the site.
Campground on the weekend was full of climbers, who were mostly tent/car camping and out climbing early in the morning, making it pretty quiet. The only water are spigots near restrooms, only for filling water bottles/cubes etc, not for filling RVs/trailers. There were toilets, but we didn’t use them. Good rubbish and recycle station.
If this campground were full, we did learn that there is dispersed camping area just a mile from park boundary. We added it to Campendium, but didn’t utilize it. We saw small teardrop trailer set up in distance, so assume roads are decent.

This campground is very small and designed for tent campers. There are maybe 3-4 spots that will fit a small trailer. I wouldn't go over 20 ft though. No Verizon service. Beautiful, short walk to the rim. Absolutely recommend!
