Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on January 30, 2019This is a giant park. It includes pools, spas. Tennis courts, pickle ball, sports complex, softball, golf, activity rooms, beauty salon, barber shop, 9 hole golf course. The sites are gravel, no grass, small trees ( more like a bush), so if it’s hot, you will be in direct sun. I-8 interstate is right there, so if possible, get further back into the park. Otherwise, you will be serenaded by 18 wheelers. Sites are close together, so don’t expect much room to spread out. No picnic tables. Bathrooms were nice, showers were fantastic, laundry good, there is drinking water stations on site also. There is a restaurant onsite and I’ve heard that it is very good.
Mojo Factor (mojo=community, good vibes) Yes, there is some good vibes in this park. Many folks were friendly to me in my 3 night stay. There seems to be a lot going on, activities galore, active group of people. If I had stayed longer, I’m sure I would have tried more of the activities.
The Dogs Opinion (it’s all about the dogs). The dogs loved it! Why, because there is a great dog park, with agility equipment, which we played on. There was grass in the dog park also, which they seemed to really enjoy. Near the dog park is a grassy area with a gate that leads to a giant gravel wash, that you can walk your dog off leash . There is another dog park onsite also that is larger and further away. There is a lot of property in this park, plenty of walking area.
There is a large and very nice Fry's grocery store nearby.
TV On the roof antenna, 3 networks were ok at times and then iffy at other times. On a wind storm, I lost all stations, they returned the next day.
Cell/Wi-Fi Verizon was strong. The park Wi-Fi was slow as most are, but I was able to do an overnight update on my phone.

We stayed here because we had a coupon for 3 free days that we got at the RV Show in Quartzsite. It was nice enough that we stayed another week $255 + tax. Good TV and cell reception for verizon. The WiFi is poor to useless so bring your hotspot for Internet. The restaurant was not so hot so we didn't go back again. The Daybreakers at the flying J is much better! Lots of activities here if you like that. They had a 5K fun run while we were there and had about 2000 people show, as stated this is a huge park. I-8 is right in front of this place, but it's surprisingly quiet besides a few Life Flight flights flying over occasionally. Also occasional fighter jets but they're more fun to watch than annoying. We did not use any of the amenities which is pretty normal for us. Therefore I'm unable to comment about showers, pool and spa, but the laundromat was fine.

Checkin was easy, the sites are back in, gravel with NO shade. You will need your awning and sun shades if you have them. We did not, but will have for next year as we will definitely return.
We were in a mid way site but could still hear some traffic on I8, any closer and it would have been annoying. The bathrooms/showers were beautiful with very hot water and great pressure.
With 8 pickleball courts and more on the way we enjoyed great people to play with and the Workcampers, Ron & Joyce were incredible. There are even plans to build more.
We don't tow a vehicle but use our bikes to run to the grocery store, 3 miles away. Not an easy trek on the feeder road but doable.
There is golf, a restaurant, doggie park, gym, and lots of activities to enjoy. WiFi was available BUT VERY SLOW. I used my AT&T hotspot and it was okay.

We had a coupon from the Quartzsite RV show for three free nights. Well worth trying out this park. Happy hour during week with music and $2 drinks by the pool. Lots going on with restaurant and bar on site. Could hear some road noise but less than at parks further west along highway. Park Wifi was slow.

Pros
Staff were well trained. It has everything one would want for activities. New tennis., pickle ball, bocce, horse shoe, and shuffleboard center also, golf course and a wide variety of hobby centers. 2 pools and hot tubs. plenty of entertainment. Wider than average streets.
Cons
When the wind blows the wrong way the settlement pond delivers stink into a small part of the park.
