We stayed in this park based on the location to the places we wanted to visit and the photos of the park on the website. We chose the weekly rate $85 over the nightly rate since it was cheaper than paying for six days. This quiet park is located among a large group of saguaro and organ pipe cacti. The park was only about half full while we were there and we didn't have any neighbors next to us on either side. It would be a little tighter if full. We were able to choose our own site which had a beautiful view of the evening sunset out our front window. Site were very level and gravel and a cement patio. There are 25 sites with 50 amp power, the others have 30 amp. At times the water pressure was low but tolerable. The park is located behind a small casino with no real signs from the road. The park WiFi would occasionally go out, but the manager gives you her number to call and she will reboot it. It worked fine during our stay. This is a nice location if visiting Ajo (12 miles) and Organ Pipe Cactus NM (20 miles). We definitely would stay here again.

Excellent no frills park. Just what we needed. Everything clean. At first stayed 2 nights in pull through sites and then decided to stay for a week. $86 for a week in a back in site. Full hookups. Only minutes to Organ Pipes National Monument. 15 minutes to Ajo for groceries at the IGA or dinner. Everyone friendly and wonderful owners

Very nice l'il park right next to what could possibly be the world's smallest casino. ;-) Located at MP 54 1/2 on AZ 86.

At $19/night (or $86 for a week) with full hookups (minus TV) it's a good value. The spaces are a little tight in if it's full but we had no one on either side so were comfortable. It's graval with concrete patios.

At night you often hear the wild burros braying and their tracks are all about but I can't say that we saw any of them. They apparently were getting quite intrusive until the mgt did away with their water hole (after the little dudes ate $10K worth of landscaping). They are still around but not as bothersome.

The managers, Chris and Sonja are nice and very welcoming. I remembered them from last years visit and so made it a point to come here as opposed to one of the other parks in the area. Dogs are welcome and they don't hassle you about leashes as long as your guys are well behaved. There's a nice big open area to play ball or whatever.

We stayed one night passing through. Very friendly managers, easy check-in. It's obvious someone is putting money into the place - RO water, nice gravel sites with concrete pads, new bathroom facilities. Sites are close together with nothing providing privacy in-between. Convenient to Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument, which is why we stopped. Verizon cell worked fine, mifi worked OK - 2-3 bars. Their internet was out during our stay.

We were met on our way in and led to a site. It was on an interior row so we asked if she had another site. She was very accommodating and showed us another site in her golf car. The water supply is through a reverse osmosis system. The weekly rate is $85 with FHU! All of the sites are first come first serve so you can add on days to your stay without any trouble. NOTE: They are not in the office most of the time and don’t have an opportunity to return calls concerning availability due to the popularity of the park. 😊 We got in on a Monday at 1:00pm and there were three other rigs that had just arrived.

I stumbled upon this place (it's actually hidden behind the Casino), as I was leaving Puerto Penasco, Mexico. It has back-in spots, Pull-thru spots, 30 AMP and 50 AMP.
Tanya and her husband own this hidden gem and bend over backwards to make sure you have what you need. It's far enough off of the highway you don't hear the noise and the spots are wide enough you are not on top of your neighbor.
T-Mobile cell service and Hot Spot worked flawlessly.
I would stay again.

Lots of friendly people. Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument is close. The sites are closed together. The hookups are at the back of the sites. We were as far back in our site as possible. I needed over 25 feet of hose and electric cord. The sewer was farther than my fifteen foot hose. There's no dump station (and noone to ask on Sundays, noone around to ask last Saturday either. There's a phone number posted but I couldn't make out all the numbers.). We stopped at Belly Acres in Ajo to dump for $7.
There are more people working in the area than usual. Both ATT and T-Mobile had full bars but terrible throughput due to congestion. ATT was unusable except late at night. T-Mo was very slow. The park was fairly full.
You can go for hikes right out the two back gates. Dogs can go off leash. There are wild burros, and lots of saguaros.
There was someone who ran a loud engine for a long time very early that kept both me and my neighbor up, so noise can be a problem. There's no staff around early.

I'm sorry to inform you that this park has deteriorated so badly, it is no longer tolerable. I had stayed there 7 winters and had seen excellent to bad managers. The present manager operates his computer business all day and totally neglects the park. I've seen an inch of dried urine in the urinal. The laundry room currently has one operable washing machine and no functioning dryers.

Everything is filthy. The dumpsters overflow every week, and the coyotes and ravens spread garbage all over the desert. Nothing is ever picked up. The office mobile home was condemned years ago. The park roads have been reduced to blowing dust, full of ruts and potholes. The sewer system has never been serviced in the park's 20 odd years of existence and the park literally stinks.

Weeds are allowed to flourish. The park is currently half full of border wall workers that leave in their noisy trucks at 5:00 AM. The lower third of the park floods during heavy rains. There are frequent power outages, and when that occurs an extremely noisy generator at the casino automatically turns on. The generator does not provide electricity to the RV park.

The casino and RV park are managed separately. Tenants are allowed to operate obnoxiously loud sound systems with pounding bass. The only thing that has happened lately is the rent was raised from $275 to $400. Mangers such as Tonya and Chris or Marsha (rest in peace) and Dave are desperately needed again.

The park is clean 1 washer and 1 dryer are down but the are 3 of each working just fine,
Bathrooms and laundry facility are clean, sometimes the wind does blow trash but nothing too bad,
There's miles of hiking trails, and they are in process of setting up new club house
Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about but the assistant manager closed his computer business a year ago and the actual manager Bruce is always cleaning, and maintaining things around the park.
It's located in the desert so great sky views at night
Lots of wildlife
Very quiet
I would definitely stay again

Pros: Staff is great, camp is quiet, quick access to a convenience store, wifi, cell service is very fast on T-Mobile

Cons: Showers are very rough, only one of three worked and the one working shower's light was very dim. Shower floors have currently been ripped out so there's only grout remaining. Bathrooms not very well stocked (no toilet paper, no soap).
