They picked up my empty propane tank, filled it and returned it to my site. Definitely full service. Just outside Sisters. Coming back.

Very clean grounds. Staff are friendly. Nice service of picking up your bagged trash at your site, and they will deliver merchandise from the camp store to your site (ice, groceries, etc). My only issue was with the repeated signage regarding keeping dogs off all grass areas. They allow you to use the rodeo grounds adjacent to the park for off leash purposes, and they have a small enclosed area on the opposite side of the park as well. Both areas have stickers/weeds/foxtail hazards. I understand that dog waste can be harmful to landscaping, but they take the restrictions to a level that seems a bit ridiculous. Not really a pet friendly resort. Otherwise I highly recommend.

Bend/Sisters is just 3 miles out of Sisters...a little bit of a drive to Bend. The park grounds are beautiful and the facilities are kept very clean. Each spot has a fire pit, picnic table on pavers, paved parking pad, full hook ups, lawn and maybe a fruit tree. Sisters offers great restaurants and shopping or drive to Bends for some beer tasting. The area also has a lot of outdoor activities. It is a great place to visit. Dog friendly!

Good location to stage and visit the Sisters and Bend area, but Bend is a bit of a drive. I like that it's a few miles from town. It is by a busy road but if you get a site near the rear of the park it's not bad. Good power, water, and rather slow internet. We stayed in a nose in site by the lake but some of the pull-through sites facing the lake would be just as good. Bathrooms are very nice. Showers, even though I didn't use them, looked fantastic. The grounds are kept very very nice and workers stay busy every day.

This is an excellent private campground located about 5 miles south of Sisters and 20 miles north of Bend. This is a great location from which to explore all that this part of Oregon has to offer.
This is one of the better run private campgrounds we have ever stayed in with a high emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. There is a full time maintenance staff that makes sure everything works and is spotlessly clean. The grounds are meticulously maintained and very nicely landscaped. There is a pool, hot tub and even a miniature golf course.
The sites are relatively large by private campground standards. Our site (#30) was a double size site and would be our choice for a return visit. As is typical in private campgrounds, there is not much visual separation between the sites. Nearly all sites are pull through.
The wifi reaches throughout the park and can get bogged down on the weekends and evenings when it seems everyone is trying to use it, however it is fine during "business hours." The park manager indicated that they are trying to upgrade the service to speed things up.
A major two lane road (US20) runs alongside the campground. There is some potential for road noise during the day when the traffic is highest. If possible I would recommend asking for a site as far from the road as possible. When I did this while making the reservation, the manager went out of her way to get us the best possible site. Wherever you end up in the park, the traffic on this road drops off considerably at night so sleeping with the windows open is not a problem.
Even though we tend to prefer State Parks (and there is a very nice one about 10 miles closer to Bend) we would definitely stay here during our next visit because the facilities and services are so superior.

We chose to stay here last minute because of its close proximity to Bend where our Tow rig was scheduled to be serviced. What a pleasant surprise, the grounds are absolutely beautiful!! Their facilities are top notch, clean and the entire park is incredibly well cared for. Loved the walking path for the dog which led to an outdoor fitness center. Greatly appreciate all the effort the owners put into this resort, if we are ever back in the area we will definitely be stopping back in.

Had an enjoyable stay while we explored the area. Got a spot away from the road, got woken up by a neighboring rooster but it was quiet and a great jumping off point for Central Oregon. Staff was super helpful and work hard keeping the grounds looking immaculate.

We boondock a lot, so this very fancy resort with its fancy price was definitely glamping! The grounds were beautiful (lots of lawns and flowers). The pool, spa, and playground were very nice. It was an old KOA redone so bathrooms were nice but old. The park is quite large so we were nearly a 1/4 of a mile to pool. The four rating is because we were backed to very noisy highway and the grass was wet all the time. So no blanket for the baby lol.
