We need a place for overnight rest in the heat of central valley. This one is convenient in location. Quiet except traffic noise from far. Pool is great for and early evening exercise and cool off.
Wifi unfortunately is down. But the cellular signal is strong so no problem. There are long term residents, very friendly - had a good chat in the pool.
Shopping area use right in front.
Will definitely stay here again.

So pretty basic rv park. They close the pool at dusk. WiFi is slightly above average ... enough to watch Netflix. Cellular service is also good. Rows are a bit tight so don’t expect to have a family reunion next to the RV. All said, if you are looking for a place to hold over, this is a great place. We are mostly through our two week stay and have had no issues with noise or other disturbances. Staff is great and are good sports when it comes to having packages delivered. Big thank you to them for that. Access is through the subway parking lot but no issue with our 43ft toyhauler.

Just stopped here to sleep and winterize while heading back north.
As with many northern California locations lots of wild fire burnout full-timers which causes a lot of "going to work" noise in the morning . . . not a big deal considering what those folks have had to deal with . . .

This is my second time staying here. It is quiet. It is clean and well maintained.
Watch for the tall entrance park sign on the east side of the street as you can easily miss it.

Grass was well maintained, dog park included a dog wash and a separately fenced in kitty play area - truly a pet-lovers paradise! RV spots are clean and in good repair and the long term residents are all friendly and welcoming. Ask for a picnic table to be delivered to your site, if you would line one.

This was a pleasant overnight on our way south. The back-in sites are perfect for our van and we only heard the slightest of road hum while sleeping. They have a pool, communal fire ring, and a club house. Gas grills are allowed at the sites but not charcoal or such permitted. There are plenty of pull-thru spots for larger rigs and while they are close, as you'd expect for an urban park, it is clean and we'll kept. Definitely be back soon.

We showed up mid week as walk ins. Price is with a AAA discount. To enter you drive thru a parking lot for some other businesses (there was a Subway there). The office staff was friendly. The park is not right on the freeway so noise was not an issue.
The site was a level gravel pull thru with a narrow gravel yard (many had grass) with a picnic table. The sites have nice tall trees which provided shade from the sun.
Mosie, our dog, was welcome. There is a fenced dog park with a second fenced subsection allowing separate areas if needed. There was a really nice dog wash station (Mosie would disagree as bath is a four letter) and an enclosed area for cats. As is common, it is not large enough for a proper game of fetch and had a noticeable smell.

Just needed a stopover for the night and this place fit the bill. Easy access from I-5. Price a little steep at $48 after a AAA discount (pull thru #31) but fair for California. Didn’t use restroom or laundry but they were open. Excellent Verizon signal AND the park wi-fi worked good enough to stream, in fact the office staff encouraged streaming (first time for that!). Appears to be a fair number of OTA television stations but we didn’t try those. As noted, entrance a little confusing but just turn at the Subway and there it is. Lots of rules if you have a dog (breed restrictions, etc.). Will definitely stay here again if passing through Corning.
