Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on July 24, 2016This is a large, multi-sized site RV Park. There are lots of long sites for pull-through, also tent spots and camping cabins.
We stayed for one month, and had a nice site with small patch of grass and patio, as well as a tree for shade. We were at the back of the park, so much less traffic than up front. No problem with loud neighbors, or loud music.
Rental includes free wifi and cable. Wifi actually wasn't bad most of the time, only late evenings it was bogged down, but during the day it worked well.
Nice outdoor pool, friendly staff, and the Park is well-kept. Maintenance folks are always working on areas of the Park, and there is a large covered group picnic area where they have live music on Saturday nights.
Access is tight if you are trying to come in from the Interstate - not the Park's fault, just have to make a more than 90 degree turn from the busy intersection.
Very close to grocery shopping, restaurants and some general shopping. Not as much shopping as the other end of the Grand Junction area, but close to the wineries of Palisade Colorado, and peach orchards.

RV Ranch is a pretty standard RV park at a standard rate, well-positioned near Grand Junction to access its amenities. There is green space between all the sites (be aware that many of the sites are set up so front doors face each other, but not all), and often trees. Your utility side, in these instances, will be really close to your neighbor.
The sites are immaculate and plenty long enough even for the largest of RVs. There are also cabins that look cute, if you're meeting non-RVing company. There's a laundry facility crammed with a surprising number of machines, showers, and bathrooms, as well as a small pool. There are two fenced-in dog walks, one of which is pretty big. There's also a propane fill-up and dump station, if needed. A covered picnic area near the playground makes a nice place to relax. We found the staff to be nice and accommodating.
The only thing that was a little tough was the access: it's on a frontage road accessible from a hard right turn that's hard to see off Highway 6, OR by turning right at the light at F Road and immediately very sharply right again onto the frontage road. Neither one is particularly easy for larger rigs, and Google Maps doesn't help out much by making it look like you should enter from the back of the park (no entrance there -- you have to come in via the frontage road). Finally, the entrance drive is pretty narrow, so keep an eye out for oncoming traffic before roaring in or out.

This was just a one night stop as it was too hot to park somewhere without hookups, and we needed to shop and do laundry. Turned out to be a good choice, a very neat and clean park with everything we needed. Like other reviewers said, there is a very tight right turn onto the road into the park but there isn't much traffic so it wasn't a problem. We arrived at 12:30 but the office is closed from 12-1 so we had to wait in the parking lot. All the 50 amp sites were taken but we only need 30 so that was fine.
The long pull-throughs we were in are the ones where you face the door of your neighbor and share the grassy space between, not the best set-up. If the park is full the neighbor on the driver's side would be very close, and shares the power and water hookups.
We took advantage of their laundry room and showers, which both worked well and were clean. The wifi was fast during the day but slowed down at night and in the morning, typical of most RV parks. Although close to the highway we were far enough back that noise was not really a problem, and our air conditioner drowned it out anyway.
The location is good, just a mile or so from restaurants and a City Market. 5 miles to Walmart. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice paved spots, cableincluded. The WiFi you pay for is actually good. $40/month. Verizon hotspot and att phones do not work well in Grand junction. Not sure what the issue is. We have full bars, but data sucks!!
Park is wonderful with mail service, clean bathrooms, laundry and grassy areas for all the spots. Walking distance to shopping and food.

Good spot tho’ glad I had Google guiding me. The intersection and road names were a bit confusing and nearly ended back on the freeway! Clean and no problems.

This was a very nice RV Park. The kind we’d stay weeks in and be happy. Pool was small but clean. Two dog runs and also open space with nice grass. Cell service was excellent and the neighboring RV said it’s a great place to go if you need serviced. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed. Not sure why it only has four star rating. We think it’s better than that.

I really liked this park!
Convenient location with food and services right down the street. Campground very clean, pool, bathrooms and laundry very nice.
Sites are long and skinny and have concrete pads. Grassy areas between sites with some trees for shade - was a great place for chairs.
Sites close together, but are staggered, so if everyone parked correctly it would work great! (Sigh...)
Questionable if $4 wifi charge Is worth it - even after paying it was so so slow - kinda gave up on it.

Park was full but quiet. It’s still early spring and you can see your neighbors (not enough tree coverage) but it was still quiet and pleasant. Close to a road so it was better to close some of the windows at night. The beauty of this park is the location. Beautiful views and close to many hiking and biking trails. Very close to the Fruita entrance to the Colorado National Monument. Bathrooms were very clean.

Close quarters, one of our windows was about 2 feet from our neighbor's slide out window, especially in the daily/weekly section, but adequate for our needs which were to do laundry, enjoy full hook-ups for a week and stock up on groceries. Excellent cell phone reception, close to shopping, restaurants and recreational opportunities. Many full time and long-term residents, including families, but very quiet at night. The grounds are well kept and clean, all but one washer worked in the laundry room and the staff was friendly.
