We’ve camped here before but this time was not great. This location is convenient on the way south toward LA. There’s some noise from Hwy 152 but less than a typical interstate freeway. Bathrooms, showers and general amenities are fine.
It had been raining the last few days so the sites were muddy and full of large puddles. We were camped in the middle near a number of long term residents. Many of these long term sites had deteriorating rigs, junky messes and multiple junky vehicles. The rig across from us had a car parked in the road and an unleashed bully breed dog.
We’d thought to stay 2 nights but decided to move on after the first night. We won’t go back until we read that some major improvements have occurred.

Koa was well maintained. My only issue was we were told we had a deluxe site with chairs, bbq etc. We paid more than our traveling companions. Nothing but a picnic table at site. When questioned 30 minutes later, now it’s not a deluxe site and it’s more for holiday rate. Which I understand but why wasn’t everyone charged the same for same sites.

An old park, and it shows. Very close to neighbors and a tree that scraped the decal on our fifth wheel as we were trying to get out. Not the cleanest, very dusty and pea gravel. Some road noise.

It is simple and clean, but no customer service on phone or in person after hours or sundays.

Called Oasis West RV Park
Simple and clean and close to I-5
Good enough for an overnight. Old park, and it is in a very dry area. Mostly gravel. Our pull through was tight. Couldn’t put out the awning because a tree was right there. Had to be careful not to track dirt and pebbles into our RV.
Big, clean, nice pool. Nothing flash. Good for a nights stop
