This is a very nice, clean RV Park, but it’s definitely an RV Park. I think some people probably like this style of “camping” but I’m not sure it’s for me. If you want a place close to Solvang, Santa Ynez & Buellton this is it. Easy to enjoy some wine tasting. However, if you want to sit outside, relax & read a good book. I don’t recommend it. Neighbors are close, lots of talking, kids and lights at night - no stargazing. On a positive note the staff we encountered were friendly and professional, the Park was clean and quiet hours were respected.

This RV Park has everything, I can’t say anything bad about my experience. Nice staff, kid-friendly, close to Solvang, spacious RV sites, 3 swimming pools.

We are in the classic pull through spots. Smaller spots but it’s all they had. No table or fire pit in the spot. The premium spots get you a concrete pad, table, and closer to the playground and pools. Lots of kids in the resort. We couldn’t find any info on fire pits on the website, but we have seen many people burning wood in their spots. Overall this campground has been great. Knocked a star off site quality as our cheap rows’ grass is basically dead while the rest of the resort is green as can be.

Second trip in our 40 foot Monaco took our 80+ year old parents. The resort has a hotel sideways inn literally 50 feet from our coach. Resort amenities are first class awesome design and super clean. The staff was second to none when it came to service helping with cable and an unfortunate clogged toilet. Great place for a family debunking as well with all the rental units.

I can’t say that I am crazy about this RV Park or Buellton in general...but, our reason for visiting was to check out the Santa Ynez Wine area. This RV resort did meet that criteria but... spaces are tight and the place is a zoo. Seems to be a destination for families with trailers that want to hang but the pool during take day and a fire pit at night. Good for them but no real places for adults who don’t want to hang by the pool with hundreds of screaming kid albeit having fun kids! We may have been so unlucky as to be there during spring break ?? Word to the wise, if you don't have kids ask for a site far away from the playground and kids pools.
It was generally quiet at night and nice to walk around. Not enough fire pits though. We stayed in the pull through sites near the entrance to the Sideways Lounge and on the row closest to the maintence area. While it was tight is was way better than some of other pull through areas.
The new part of the park was very nice but definitely HWY 101 noise
We did have a great time out of the park and I can’t say enough about this area. So beautiful and the wine scene is great. Los Olivos was our favorite place, great restaurants and very “adult” vibe...too bad there wasn’t an RV park there for us “childless by choice curmudgeon’s” I might have never left if there was!

Flying Flags is a giant park with packed in sites and bicycle gangs of children. The juxtaposition of how kid friendly this place is with it’s wine country location was a bit odd. I’d really love to see them open an adults only loop here.
We didn’t like how loud the campground was, but would likely stay here again for its walkable location relative the Hitching Post and Industrial Eats.
We didn’t find the Premium sites to be worth the upgrade, you get a concrete pad, but you’re also much closer to the 101 and the highway noise is very noticeable.
The camp store has a great selection of local wines and beer. We found the wines to be the same price as they were in the tasting rooms.
If you’re looking to do some wine tasting, the Chamber of Commerce has many two for one tasting cards and Uber has a special wine mode in the area to have a driver for as long as you need one.
The attached Sideways Inn was a great option to have our friends join us from LA.

This is a convenient stop. It is right off the freeway, great location for exploring the wineries in the region. Solvang is close by and worth a visit. Buellton has some nice spots to visit, we found a great brewery and restaurant within walking distance from the RV park.
Most are pull through paved site. The sites are close together,as is common in RV parks.
They have a pool and hot tub which we didn't use. There is a well stocked general store, including lots of local wines, and very friendly staff. Also a nice central patio area with firepit. They also have outdoor movie nights on summer weekends. We watched The Lego Movie!
One of the cool things about this park is that they have a lot of vintage Airstreams available to rent. They will let you tour them if they are not occupied.

A very good RV park just off Hwy 101. Close to restaurants, wineries, and breweries. Lots of new cabins being installed in the resort which might alter the RV aspect of the place--stay tuned for how it turns out. 5 STAR rating of the new bathrooms next to the pool! Very nice dog run! Even has a CAT run!
