A little tight maneuvering around in a large motorhome. Roads are somewhat narrow and there are many cars parked in the road. Lots of trees but they are well trimmed or just tall trees. Our site was strange. When we checked in, the host mentioned that we could use as much of the road as we needed. He wasn't kidding either. We jutted out on both ends – the toad wasn't even technically in the site, it was in the interior road. The site was not very level although we were at a weird angle due to the location of the site. We were not able to get Directv due to trees but the cable was good. Verizon was 4g 4 bars. The utilities worked fine. The WII FI requires patience – it's either very slow or fairly reasonable. There is definite noise from I-5.

Fantastic find! We pulled in at 9 pm with no reservation and met the after hours host, Andy, who helped us select a spot away from the highway in a quiet rear loop. Roads throughout the park were wide. Our pull-through spot was clean and level and included a picnic table, grass patch, manicured landscaping and full hookups. Garbage and recycling bins were nearby as was the HUGE, modern (and sparkling clean) bathhouse.
We stayed one night only as a stopover between destinations, but we were so impressed by the park, that we would return and stay longer if we are ever in the area again.
Additional amenities that we did not use are: laundry, pool/spa, playground, community fire pit, and free breakfast. The park also offers WiFi, but I did not test it because my T-mobile Service was strong enough.
One final note: yard space in the pull-through spaces is limited, which was fine for our one-night stay. If you plan to stay longer and want more room to spread out, book a back-in site.

We've traveled the Pacific Northwest and compared to the other 8+ places we've been, this camp is certainly overpriced for the quality of the facilities and site. Feels run down. We were put on a site no larger than our compact RV with gravel mounds each side of us.
Staff are friendly. Pool and hot tub are nice but additional charges. "Dog park" is tiny. Park is dry and dead. Restrooms are well maintained. I don't usually leave reviews but we've stayed in much nicer places several times this trip for half the price.
Tips for staff: keep up the friendly attitude. Either charge less or revamp the site where it's needed. Clear site 63 and make it a grassy area for neighboring sites (or don't charge $42 for it).

We stayed here over Thanksgiving, the site and park is well kept, staff is very friendly and helpful, I walked the park and did not see any bad sites. Very easy to get our 36' coach in our spot.
We did lose power due to bad weather but the park was very accommodating letting campers use their generators long into the night.

We were looking for a place near Redding to basecamp out of for two weeks while hiking and fishing in NorCal. Overall, it was a great RV park and I'd definitely return again.
PROS:
+ Multiple bathhouses and these were the CLEANEST bathrooms/showers I've seen in a very long time.
+ Very large laundry room (5 washers, 5 dryers)
+ Only a 10 minute drive to Redding, with easy access to I-5 to drive to points north like Lake Shasta, Castle Crags, Mt. Shasta/Lake Siskiyou for day trips
+ Most RV sites were pull-thru, paved, and long enough (no issues fitting our 34' MH + toad)
+ 4-5 bars of Verizon service (they also had Wifi, but we didn't try it)
+ Pool
+ Able to find several routes from the park for my daily 4-5 mile walk without running into lots of busy road traffic, unleashed country dogs bounding out of their yards, etc
+ Recycling bins
+ Dog park
+ Extremely friendly office staff & they had no issue accepting packages from Amazon for us
CONS:
- It's right next to I-5. You will hear some road noise, though after a day or so it kind of fades into the background.
- Not able to book sites online. You can either call the office or fill out their website's reservation form.
EXTRAS: During our time there, we discovered two great local restaurants down in Redding -- Guadalajara (Mexican food) and Woody's Brewing Co. (brewery + restaurant). Both are worth trying if you're visiting.

The park was clean and well organized. The hosts were helpful and friendly. Full hookups. Most sites are pull through and there were rigs of all sizes. There are picnic tables and a small patch of grass at each site. As it isn’t a forested setting, I was glad there was a small dog park for my pup to get a bit of exercise. There is a pool and a small store onsite selling snacks and various camping items you may have forgotten.
This is a very convenient stopover when traveling between CA and OR. It sits right next to Highway 5, at the foot of the Cascades, so there is some road noise, but it is not bad after dark.
My ratings reflect the quality of the park as a stopover. It would not be a destination location for me.

The folks here are top notch! We were treated very well and the staff very friendly. Even filled my LP tank at as promised. Not everything is open to Covid by its a cute little place on a hill with nice trees, pool, laundry, WiFi, tv channels and semi level spots. The grass is dead as it is July in California but unfortunately there are a ton of stickers and fox tails which are not doggie friendly. We will stay here again for sure for a night or two when passing through. VZ and ATT signals were very good

Easy check-in and Bridget in the office was very kind. We stayed in full hookup pull-through concrete pad site #66. Leveling on concrete pads is usually an absolute breeze but this one was tilted to the side. Perhaps they did this to prevent water from pooling? Very bad design. We appreciated the 20/30/50 amp plugs on the electrical post as it allowed us to run 2 A/C units simultaneously in 100+ degree heat. Major plus! There was decent tree shade as well. Free wifi was provided for 2 devices and it was blazing fast at our site. My AT&T phone had 2 bars and my wife's Verizon phone had 3 bars. The 24 cable channels were also wonderful. The park is located close to I-5 but we didn't notice any road noise at night. Laundry is reasonably priced at $1.75 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Dryers are in bad shape and should be replaced. Washers were ok. Clean bathrooms and showers. A small pool is located near the office but we didn't try it. Propane is available near the office.

We stopped for 2 nights to explore the area. The front end of the park has highway noise so pick a spot in back.
