*Note: the $35/day rate I submitted was about the average because I paid for the monthly rate. The actual daily rate is much higher, in the $74-94 range. So if you're planning to stay 2-3 weeks or more it's cheaper to get the monthly rate and spend the extra time there.

The "basic" sites are cramped and parking is tight. This is urban camping, so no picnic tables or fire rings, just an asphalt slab to park on and a small concrete slab next to it. The "deluxe/premium" sites have a little bit more room and usually an extra space to park your vehicle. The park is pretty well maintained and bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very close to interstate I-8. So close that I could hear highway noise all day and night. Although I was parked on the outermost edge of the park right next to the road, those more inward may not hear it as much. Access to the light rail station and public trans is a short walk. Free and paid wi-fi available but the free version is pretty much unusable except for basic email checking. Verizon signal isn't the strongest (1-2 bars) but usable. There's a tiny little dog park about the size of an RV site. No USPS mail accepted unless you rent a mailbox, however FedEx and UPS will deliver directly to your site.

Overall it's pretty expensive for what you get but that's to be expected for San Diego.

If you are just looking for a couple days in San Diego, like we were, this may not be the place. Sites are small and close, with an odd criss cross way of parking. Anything more than 30’, think twice or call, to get the right spot. People park on the streets, we were fortunate that the guy next door came out and moved his truck, or we would not have been able to back in (and, we full time, are always on the move, I’m pretty good at maneuvering the trailer and I was nervous). It’s also 100’ from I-8 and very noisy. That said, it is convenient to get to San Diego, they have a gate right to the trolly stop to get downtown. If you are looking to stay a week, month, or more (75% we’re long term) it’s not a bad place. It was quiet and secure, despite the freeway noise.

Well run, clean park with nice bathrooms. I did not use the laundry. Sites are arranged much like dominoes and very tight. This park is right on Highway 8 and is super noisy 24/7. The trolley line runs along the rear of the park and barely heard, mostly because the highway is so loud. Rate quoted is based on their weekly rate.

The staff was very nice. Maintenance/Grounds tech always picks up the trash, keeping the park nice and clean.

9 incredible nights in a 31’ Class A site #26.
Some people are saying the sites are arranged tightly but all the sites are separated by trees and other landscape. It felt very private and we even had a small patch of grass a good size space with a concrete patio. Josh was very helpful and accommodating. The bathrooms are clean, gym was good, the pool was HUGE. Nice laundry room that takes cards. Overall loved this stay. We will be back.

Park is clean and nice but the highway noise is bad. Felt like I was sleeping on freeway. Paid for luxury site. I would recommend more expensive site as some were not as close to the highway. Pool and hot tub was nice except the homeless person hanging out near hot tub when we went into locked gate. He nice and left the area but made me feel uncomfortable to find him sitting in corner near pool/hot tub area. Trolley was very close and convenient to San Diego Attractions.
