We do not often stay at fancy RV parks. This was a very nice setting, friendly staff, easy access, everything we would expect for a fancy RV Park, at least our idea of fancy.
We can hear the slight buzz of the highway, the occasional distant train whistle, and airplanes high in the sky. The location made it easy for us, out of towners to drop the trailer and explore the DFW area.
Bathrooms were great. My favorite kind, single use with toilets, sink and shower. There was a nice pool with a covered common area next to it with chairs, tables and a fireplace. Green mowed grass, gravel RV parking with a paved patio area at each site. Each site had a large residential type trash can for trash. Propane was available.

Northlake Village is a real nice park with a convenient location. It is tucked in behind a bunch of commercial warehouse buildings but you would never know once your settled in. The facilities are top notch and very well maintained. Beautiful pool, fitness center, bath houses and laundry area, it has everything! The only downside that comes to mind is the sites were close to each other where we parked. Otherwise this place was perfect!

Everything's bigger in Texas!
...except RV parks, apparently. These are the tightest spaces we saw anywhere between the Dakotas and Mexico.
This is one of only two RV parks I've ever been to where a guy leads you to your site and then hovers while you back in, telling you when to cut your steering wheel and subtly belittling you when you don't follow his instructions correctly. I've managed to back into spaces in 22 states, so I think I'll manage in your park, too, despite how exceptionally narrow your sites are.
On the plus side, our neighbors were fairly quiet, despite their patio being within arm's length of our slide out. They weren't there a lot. That helped.
Also, the bathrooms and showers were pretty nice. Can't complain too much there.

Very clean park. People are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our site was next to the pool, bath house and laundry. Pavilion with fire pit right behind our site. Quiet and relaxing park. Trash cans between each site .. no hauling trash across the park to throw in a dumpster. Laundry facilities are clean with very nice machines. Great guy onsite that washes your rig and vehicle. Goes above and beyond checking roof and putting a uv protectant on. Close to Texas motor speedway, fast food, Bucees and a short drive to Roanoke. Felt safe - already looking forward to booking again when we are back in the fall.

Had a nice stay at this park last Oct and made reservation for a month for this Oct before we left. Apparently the park has taken a rate hike in June this year and even if you locked in your rate previously you still get the hike. The park was nice, but not near as nice as they think they are. They were already a little high before. Now they want $1278 plus electric!!!?! I am from Roanoke and my family is there, but I found a brand new park with more amenities and a quiet country setting about an hour away for $379 for a month - full hook ups. I’m in Montana right now and another RVer just had to cancel at the same park due to the high rates they’ve increased to. And he was booked for two months. Unfortunately I won’t be back at this park.
Full hookups, friendly staff. The groundskeeper came out to show us to our site and helped these first timers back in!
We were a small fish in a big pond - lots of long term tenants in big RVs. They probably laughed as they saw us pull our tiny pop up camper in! Nonetheless they have a bath house and a really nice pool (with waterfall and walk in slope), and had space for a last minute booking during this crazy time!

Pros: Nice little park. Reminded me of a nice quaint neighborhood. The staff was as friendly as could be! The host helped us back into our site (and saved us from a divorce). The park is clean, picked up and well maintained. You can get propane there and even your rig washed. Fast Freddy does washes (probably the best in the US). He is busy so book early. There are a few residents there- but I think that adds stability and safety to the park. The internet was stable. We were there on Halloween and there was a concert going on- but that was not their fault.
Con: The only con was the price.
