I’ve stayed here several times. The location is great. Right across from the beach and dunes. Reasonable prices for full hookups. Bathrooms are dated but reasonably clean and the walk to the downtown area is just over a mile.

Nice spot for beach access. For working fulltimers, AT&T has excellent coverage, Verizon not so much.

Came in with no reservation and found an available site for two nights. Unfortunately it was right next to the bathroom, which made our site a pretty busy pathway to and fro. The park was more like an RV city, which is cute in its own way...but not an experience I'd want to repeat. I had a lot of concern that an wild pitch might send a baseball crashing into a window or the dog, that's how close you are to others' activities.
There is wifi but it's intermittent and crashes in the evening, so we went a mile or so to Starbucks to work. Laundry is sparse given the amount of people trying to do it. The bathrooms were clean and showers were acceptable.
So, the plus side to this is that the park is literally on the beach. You can walk to Morro Rock and follow the bike/ped path to the harbor. We saw otters and seals, which was a super fun treat.

We showed up here at 6pm on the 4th of July with no reservation. We figured we would try our luck! The manager ran right out, found us an available site and told us we could pay in the morning. We were able to get set-up and hit the beach before sunset.
A few things: the location cannot be beat. We walked right across the street onto the beach and Morro Rock was right there. The sites are close together, and it's a noisy park when completely full. We knew it wasn't going to be a restful night with it being the 4th of July, but it wasn't bad. We did not use the bathrooms or laundry facilities so I can't comment on that.
We normally stay at state parks, but for one night (in which we didn't have a better plan) this was a great option.

We think this is a wonderful park. We had a reservation for three days but were so happy here that we extended our stay for 7 additional days. We had a beautiful view of Morro Rock from our trailer and the walk to the sandy beach is 5 minutes, if that. It is a lovely RV park. We were so impressed that we immediately booked 2 weeks in March of 2019. There are so many things to see and do in the surrounding area and this place is the perfect base camp.

You are right in front of the beach and can be on the sand in less than 5 minutes where there are surfable waves and views of morro rock and its dog friendly so thats great.
But the park is pretty tight, its set up in a bunch of cul de sac type corners and you are surrounded on all sides.
We tend to stay at RV parks when we are in need of showers and these showers were so bad that after not showering for a week while staying in Big Sur, I felt that showering there was a complete waste of my time. There is no water pressure, they dont get super hot, the shower head is too low and you can't change the angle of it at all. That combined with water treatment plant smell that the entire restroom had did not make for a pleasant experience.
Come for the location and stay at the beach or in your rig.

Crowded sites, we had a 60 foot pull thru and could not park our truck on our site due to the narrowness of the site, placement of the firepit, etc. That being said, this park is all about the location, being able to easily walk into town for dinner, walk to the beach, etc. was great. The utilities were somewhat awkwardly placed for our rig, we had to pull all the way forward in our site to be able to connect power.

The park is huge so it might often get too crowded. For that, don’t expect the cleanest bathrooms and you might have to wait a lot to use the washing machines (there were only 2 in the part where we stayed). We payed $54 ($4,44 for additional people) for one night. We got there late and it had only a few sites available but the one we got was fine. Wifi works.

Spaces looked small on the map, but aren’t cramped. We stayed in a cul-de-sac and were afraid it would be a tiny pie wedge but it was nice. Flat lot sites had nice half walls between. Janitorial staff was out before 8a raking and brushing sites of early checkouts! Several restroom/shower/laundry buildings. Every other sink or stall closed for Covid spacing and still 3 of each clean and working in the one I used. Child free and $2 for our dog. Great chain link fenced dog play area. Def will stay again!

This RV park is literally in the shadow of Morro Rock. You can walk or ride your bike from the campground to the rock, adjacent public lands and most of community. The sites are flat and services are as advertised.
The downside is that the layout allows them to get just about as many tents, trailers and motorhomes in the campground as is possible. And, given the summer season, it was pretty full. I don't think that really bothered me since it was so easy to walk across the street to sand dunes and beach and it was an easy bike ride to shops, restaurants and, in my case, to a nearby Ace Hardware store for "motorhome" parts.
