Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on July 05, 2023Nice sized space for our 39' fifth wheel. Each pull through spot has partial wall and private patio area. It is in a very windy area so hold onto your hats. Has laundry but no showers. Wifi in activity room. Lots of areas to walk dogs. When making reservations be patient, they will call you back. Not very many RV parks in area.

First the pluses:
- Easy Access
- Nice wide spaces
- Lots of places to walk a pet
- Not too far from Jerome, AZ
- Friendly people
- Quiet
Now the minuses:
- About a 30 minute drive to downtown Prescott
- Large park, but according to the office staff only 12 spaces are for nightly guests the rest (many of which were vacant) are reserved for monthly visitors.
- Office seemed disorganized, has to call you back usually, told us the park was full even though we counted well over 20 empty spaces.
Won't record the cell strengths as I forgot to right them down, but I know we streamed video there so they were decent. Didn't try the wifi.

Keep looking, nothing more than a windy gravel pit here. This place ain’t even got showers or bathrooms. Waste of time and money, only stayed cause everything else was booked. I would consider this the Motel 6 of RV parks

My first impression wasn't great, as the first question asked when I called for a reservation was how old my rig is. When I told them 1996, they insisted I first email photos. They called back, deeming me acceptable. But when I got here, I took a walk and saw quite a few obviously longterm rigs that were way worse than mine -- some downright nasty looking. But I was able to reserve a couple nights (then extended one).
Because I arrived after 3 PM (mid-November), the office was closed. They had taken a one-night deposit via credit card, but I had to stop and check in with the camp host (a nice work camper named Bonnie) to pay the balance in cash. She golf-carted ahead of me to show me my back-in site, and helped me back in properly. The site was nice and wide and fairly level, to the point where I didn't really even need any blocks.
They have full hookups, and water lines have heat strips for those times like now, when nighttime temps dip below freezing. However, there are no onsite showers or bathrooms, so you must be fully self-contained, and they make you aware of that in their online presences.
It's bright and sunny, perfect for this time of year, the pavement is in good shape on the roads, and the sites are generously sized.
I wouldn't want to stay here too long, but as a way point en route to somewhere else, it was perfect, especially because they accepted my Passport America, making the cost $19/night instead of $38. Very affordable.
One odd thing: I had four bars of Verizon LTE, but for some reason my phone wouldn't work here unless I got on wifi. Which I had to do via my own Sprint hotspot because their wifi didn't reach back this far on the lot.

This is a basic park with alot of residents, but amazingly a well kept park with enforced rules. The workamper is always busy keeping the park looking good and very friendly. Most of the sites are pull thru for overnight visitors, we had one of the rare back-ins on the perimeter which bordered the horse paddocks for the race track, but there was no activity there since the track opens later in May. The sites are a good size, fhu site with fencing between sites for added privacy, patio area. The laundry room/community room/library building is great!!! We used the laundry and were pleasantly surprised. This is not a resort destination but a great place outside of Prescott to explore the area. Don't miss a trip of the side of the mountain to visit Jerome and the Haunted Hamburger!!

Pros: Very clean, very quiet. Staff was friendly on phone & in person. Nice little patio area attached to each site. Fantastic cable TV channel lineup. Good paved roads to walk dogs.
Cons:
Only non-primitive CG I've been to in 2+ decades of RVing that had no restrooms. No showers, no toilet facilities... not even for use when you're at the office. No guest or public bathroom facilities, period.
No Internet.
No tables in the sites. The location of the utilities was all the way to the rear of the site. Barely had enough electrical cord to reach pedestal, barely had enough sewer hose to reach drain, same with hose slinky.
Also Odd: Office is completely closed on weekends. Sewer hoses cannot touch the ground (must be elevated on a slinky or something else to keep them from touching the ground). Vast majority of people here appeared to be full-timers. Didn't / doesn't bother us as there was very few old/decrepit RVs on the grounds that we noticed.
