Back-in 50 amp FHU concrete pad with sand and picnic table. Site #F-04.
Staff: Office staff is not rude nor nice. Kind of just curt and to the point. Same every time we have been here.
Sites: Concrete pad that is fairly level with spacious patio space.
Campground Road: Pavement.
Campground WiFi: Unable to connect.
Grounds: Clean and maintained well.
Bathrooms/Showers: Lockable private showers. Clean but not much ventilation.
Laundry: Nice laundry facility. Pricey at $3.50 / wash and $2.00 / dry but did not need repeat loads which is good.
Location: You are on Lake Powell and less than 5 min from the marina for boat tours.
Near highway: No
Near train: No
Cell: Verizon worked for light work. Unable to stream on Verizon.
Cell: AT&T was the best option. Work on vpn. Video calls were good. Streaming was good as well.

We originally planned to boondock nearby but with the hot anticipated weather and some issues with our water pump we decided to book for the full hookups. When booking there was no ability to select a site or even choose a pull thru vs back in. We ended up getting assigned a backin site in the F loop.
The site has a paved pad and in between each site is gravel/sand with a tree or some shrubs. The spacing between sites is decent. However, we noted almost immediately there are the fire ants EVERYWHERE. On the hookup side of my RV I wouldn't want to step foot off the concrete pad there were so many ant hills. Thankfully on our firepit/table side there was only one at the very front. It made taking our dog out quite difficult. The whole park is like this so you need to be very mindful of where you step.
For the nightly cost, the park feels kind of underwhelming. The first day the dumpster was overflowing and trash was strewn into the street. We tried to walk to the "swimming beach" but the signage and paths were confusing and the walk back was tiring and all uphill (I'd recommend driving).
If you are visiting the area to boat or fish on the lake, then you will probably enjoy yourself, and appreciate the proximity to the marina. Otherwise it just feels overpriced and lacking in safe outdoor spaces.

We tent camped a a stop between national Parks. The showers were cold, only a few showers worked. The showers we small but nice. Long lines in the evening for the shower Sites were ok. It was fine, but we had higher hopes for this brief stop on our journey

Front desk person gave us unlevel (on hill) site that did not work for us. We asked for another site and was given a better site. $35 for no hook-ups is too much but we needed to rest after long travel day. Beautiful expensive view

The sites are deceptively uneven and the showers were cold. Even with the surrounding beauty we would not stay here again.

View of the lake. Big campsite - privately situated. Level. Concrete. Quiet - zero road noise, just like home - perfect. Easy in and out back in site. CLEAN. TREES! Lucky to have nobody on either side or behind us (slight ravine - which gave our large back window the perfect view). Fabulous sunrises and sunsets. Did not enter or use facilities. Quick trip to the Antelope Canyon(s) - not to miss! We paid less here than for places that were significantly of lesser quality.

We were given simply thee best spot in the park, though I can't recall the number. I watched as the old timers in their retiree mobiles gazed jealously as we clunked on in, our old and then quite beat up Airstream leaking freshwater about the park. I got us setup, began working on getting the old girl boondocking worthy...and they surrounded us.
"What year is that?" "Boy they last forever," and "That's an Airstream, right?"
I've heard the questions a million times. I don't tire of it. But it was in a mad rush here, and though I realize the momentary nature of any park's population, I will forever recall this one as having the nicest fellow campers.
A mildly long walk to the water, which seemed very low, was incredibly rewarding. Big red rock cliffs and tan rocky beaches.
Save for the price tag, we'd've stayed longer.

The heat really affected our stay here. We probably would have checked out the pool and used the laundry facilities if it wasn't so oppressively hot. We payed for 2 days but had to leave early because our air conditioner can only cool the trailer down by 10-15 degrees.
The campground is clean, and sites are nicely spaced, ours was was long and level. The woman who checked us in was friendly. There is free wifi but it wasn't usable.
This would be a lovely place to camp in cooler temps. The price we paid is full hookups.

The Wahweap Campground is very large, with around ten separate camping loops. We enjoyed our stay in B19 in the full hookup section, which includes A, B, C, D, and F loops (there is no E). Loops A, B, and C are older have more of a "campground" feel, with large sites and good spacing with some privacy between them. There are back-ins and C-shaped pull-throughs in this section. They are terraced, with A being closest to the lake and lowest in elevation, and C being farthest but highest. Loops D and F appear to be newer sections and are laid out more like a commercial RV park, with straight rows of RVs, smaller sites, and little privacy. The pull-throughs in D and F share utilities between adjacent rigs, so that your driver's side is right up against your neighbor's driver's side (they're facing the opposite direction). We don't like that layout at all and are glad we were not in one of these loops! I'll upload photos of B and E for comparison. The entire place is very clean and well maintained. They offer free WiFi but it was very slow. Verizon LTE worked well, and while AT&T was limited to 3G, it was still very fast. The campground store has the basics, but it's only a few miles to the Safeway and Walmart in Page. If you don't have a National Parks pass you'll need to pay a 7-day park entry fee since the campground is inside the National Recreation Area. If you do have a parks pass, remember to take it with you when you go into town! We asked at the store if we could receive mail and packages and while they said yes and gave us the address to use, we had some issues. We received UPS packages just fine, but our US Mail delivery made it to Page and was immediately "returned to sender" due to "invalid address". Our dog loved swimming in the lake every day, and since the campground is so large we found plenty of places to walk him. Unfortunately every walk included a few stops to pull thorns / cactus spines out of his paws. Overall we were very happy with the campground, though we did find it to be a little expensive. If we visit the area again we'll definitely stay here, IF we can get a site in A, B, or C loops.

The sites are really nice (pull thru, full hookup, 50 amp, clean). Great view of the lake. We stayed here because we wanted to see some of the things around Page and knew that we would not be disappointed and we were not.
