Confirmed by 4 users | Last reported on March 31, 2024As usual, made our reservation for the wrong night! lol but called the hosts and they were very accommodating. Not the spot we picked originally but still a nice spot with FHU. Only stayed the one night but would recommend and would come back.

We got here around 7:30 pm for a one night stop but it was clean and quiet. The campground backs up to I-24 but the noise wasn’t bad. There was a walking/running trail around a small lake and clean bathrooms and laundry buildings. The laundry has only one washer and dryer and doesn’t give change. The camp hosts came by to say hi and were very nice. The area seems like it has good potential for exploring but we were on our way home from a 15 day trip and couldn’t stay longer.

It’s a pretty area, right off the freeway, with plenty of pull through sites to make it especially easy.

They were so helpful and friendly on the phone. We came in late to a really nice pull through site. The bathrooms were really clean; loved that they were individual. Great place to stay!

Just got a new to us 39 ft Fifth wheel, so I didn't have a water hose. Meant I showered in the camp shower. Clean and very adequate! My dog and I loved the mostly paved path to walk around. I'm just thankful he didn't see the rabbit he flushed out on our walk! I enjoyed the space between lots, the quiet, and mostly the ease off of the interstate after a long day on the road. If at all possible I would live to come back and stay for a while.

I needed a campground for several days in Paducah for the quilt show. But because we booked so late I couldn’t get one in Paducah. We stayed at Fern Lake the last time we were here and the sites were so close together. This campground is about 30 miles from Paducah but it’s a fast 30 miles on the highway. The sites are all large. We are in site 59 and we have lots of room. The spur is not one of the longer ones but we have a small trailer so that’s fine. The wifi is okay if you can connect. We could connect my computer to our extender but not our TV. The Verizon signal is ok but not great. We’re here for almost a week, and we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in site 17. It was level and close to the restrooms (that were very clean). Would definitely recommend. Easy on/off the interstate.

Quiet, cozy, easy to find location right off of the interstate. Camp hosts were very kind. Stayed at site 59, which gave us extra space to the left of the camper. Easy hookups. Only downfall was that the sun was beaming right on us with minimal shade and it was a very HOT weekend for September. Did not use their facilities so can’t really comment on that. But overall, would stay again!

We had been driving all day, we had left california days before, we have been paying much much more for just overnight stays. Though this little gem doesnt offer much in the way of ammenitys it makes up in charm, and a great place to stay for the night. At the desk they were excited to say how much there going to be doing for the kids during Halloween with a golf cart parade, dressing the place up, an even a chilli cook off. I really hope they continue to prosper, hopefully maintaining there special charm.

We called last minute as we typically do while traveling. Upon arrival we were greeted by sweet lady. The park was medium size, clean with roads a bit narrow for big RV’s like ours (43’ 5th wheel with a 2023 Duramax) to navigate, but we got it. Clean with full hookup on all sites. Would recommend for overnight stays or longer. They have a small lake or pond depending on where you come from. ;)
