Pleasantly surprised by this RV park. It's located in an industrial area, with a stripclub 1 mile away if not less. The entrance is gated, they have cameras and night patrol. Upon entering you notice just how much they love their signs, and it actually keeps things running smoothly, HOA like I guess. This park is designed with its main amenities in the center(pool, laundry, rec room main office, grill patio, tennis court, playground), and the park raps around, everything is very accessible. Our favorite was the pool/Jacuzzi , it's indoors which keeps it nice and clean and yet still warm. Though close to the highway we didn't find noise levels to be an issue. The sites are large on gravel, easy hookup and pull through. Highly recommend this place.
Western Texas is a beautiful place. Even for being a big, wide, guard rail lined interstate, I-10 offers some spectacular views of waving blonde fields and skirted peaks boasting names like Eagle Mountain or Devil’s Ridge. The sun sets vivid pink and Mexico is just a glance out the window away.
And then there’s El Paso. It creeps up through the desert wilderness like an exploded sewer line in a ER. As one fellow traveler put it, “It looks like a construction site that they just decided to leave unfinished.” Abandoned buildings and active businesses can only be distinguished by the paths formed through the debris sitting outside and there is little but highway crossing highway-esque streets in any and every given direction.
It doesn’t take long to get to Mission RV Park once you’ve hit this wasteland, but if you can spare it, I’d recommend trying somewhere else. This park is what I like to call an RV Parking Lot, the type of place that provides less than 6 feet between your front door and the back of the next guy’s rig, which dwindles to 3 or 4 feet if your neighbor happens to have a slideout. They do provide picnic tables, but only to a select few inhabitants.
There is a basketball court, tennis court, a small but adequate playground, a game room — which I didn’t visit — and a swimming pool. The latter is the only element worth a real note, as it is actually very large and has a jacuzzi that some participating guests did find to be most relaxing, with big powerful jets that get the job done if said job’s description reads “give out the massage.” The pool is mostly 3 or 4 feet deep, with a 5 foot area in the middle. All in all, it’s a nice place to go for a swim if you’re so inclined.
However, the excessive signage was annoying. There were literally dozens of signs posting a long list of rules for the pool. Redundant rules, the type that only stodgy old people who’ve lost their will to live come up with. No eating, drinking or glass bottles. Next to that a sign depicting No alcohol. If the “no drinking” didn’t cover it, and “glass bottles” wasn’t enough to reinforce it, we’ll just tell you one more time. But much more than these simple slights to my easily-annoyed ego was the face that the pool was open from 8am – 10pm, however children (anyone under 16) were only allowed in the pool from 10am – 1pm and then again from 3pm – 5pm. Now, anyone who’s ever been a child knows that children are precisely the types of people who can squeeze 190% more fun out of a swimming experience than adults, but for some reason they’ve been limited to only 35% of the available time.
Tristan found a “Stay 4 nights, get the 5th free” card attached to our welcome packet here at the Mission RV Park and asked me if I'd like to keep it, which was met with a resounding “no, thanks.” Paying $30+ for a parking lot with hookups in the middle of a garbage dump I guess just doesn’t seem to be our idea of the RV lifestyle (even back when we largely stayed at private parks).

We stayed 2 nights at Mission RV Park while we restocked (hello, Costco!) and took care of some business in El Paso. Mission RV Park offered us what we needed - a clean, safe, well maintained spot while we were in town. The park is large with several areas dedicated to long-term residents. Transients are mostly kept separate and, of course, we get the less desirable spots. Fewer trees and no privacy at all between sites, which are pretty tight. The good news, many of the transient spaces are long, level pull-throughs, all with FHU which makes access a breeze. They also separate pet/non-pet owners which is the first time we’d seen that.
The park has security and the office is open until 10PM. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the large laundry (12 washers/12 dryers). In addition to the showers/restrooms, there is a covered swimming pool, sports courts, pet area, and clubhouse. There is also an RV Parts and Repair Center on site, but we did not check that out.
The downside is that you are parked literally in the shadow of I-10, so road noise was constant but not overwhelming. Most of the interior roads are paved, but the spaces are all dirt/gravel and it can get dusty. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we needed to stop overnight in El Paso.
The $42 is the daily rate, they offer Good Sam and several other discounts as well as weekly/monthly rates. It's expensive for what you get, but it worked for a short stop in the city.
We had 4 bars of Verizon 4G unboosted, the park also has Wifi which worked well for us since we were parked very close to the antennae. We asked about Wifi before booking and the office staff were honest about its limitations depending on your location and how full the park is.

We’ve stayed here twice, once on the way to San Antonio and then on the way back. It’s ok. Clean, well maintained park and the sites are relatively level. If you come in on the weekend make sure you have propane. No LP fill on Saturday or Sunday. Luckily there is a U-Haul close by that will fill 7 days a week. The WiFi is awful, assuming you can get connected at all. Our first time we couldn’t connect and the return we only had .2 Mbs. The up side to this spot is T-Mobile is full strength (4 bars). Overall, if you must stay in El Paso, it’s ok for a night. Otherwise you might try Las Crucis.

This park is like so many we’ve seen inside a city: city noise, including an adjacent lot with some construction type equipment that started up pretty early, tight spacing, and crowded, but convenient from the highway and to the city.
Price reflects Passport America, we had usable Wifi, 3 bars Verizon LTE, and 50 amp FHUs. Actual date of stay was April 2018. We would only stay here again during times they accept PA (April 1 - Sept 30).
We filled propane here and picked up a pint of Blue Bell Ice Cream from the camp store. Staff is friendly and check in was simple. We called ahead of our stay to ask if we could receive a couple of packages and they graciously held them and allowed us to pick them up upon arrival.
The back half of the park is dog friendly, but the front is not. There are a lot of people living here and some sites reflect poorly on that, but it wasn’t too bad, and we didn’t have any problems.

Stayed here as a stopover on the way to Arizona. Easy access of of I-10. Park host in the office was very nice and welcoming. Lot's of long-termers that were friendly. We had a pull-through near the dog park. Lots are pretty basic, but level and 30 amp worked fine.

Stayed here 2 weeks. They allowed one week split between Passport America and rack rate. Other week was weekly rate. Average for 13 nights was $27. Small sites on the South side but typical for inner-city RV park. Not full but busy - yet they always managed at least one site between units which is great. Free WiFi (good) and Cable TV included in rate. Pool, hot tub was open and covered - VERY nice and relaxing. The enforce rules which is good! No kids in hot tub and they enforce it! Changing area enclosed near pool. We don't use any longer but the laundry was stellar! Showers and bathrooms dated but clean.
Two hoop basketball court and tennis court. Store has a few items and an activity room. The residents of this park are mostly on the North side and all very friendly. There is not any that I would consider questionable. They just don't allow it here. Security is good, doing rounds and saw where someone jumped the wall from the neighbor trailer park, he was out via security and El Paso PD promptly. They have eyes everywhere and I felt very safe!
A little road noise from the high overpass but not bad at all. The container yard on the far south side is not a noise problem at all.
If it was peak and every site full, perhaps not as great of an experience but our stay was top notch!

Park is located almost under interstate 10.
All dirt sites, no gravel.
So close together are steps are almost touching the septic of the site beside us.
Pulled in to a broken down picnic table laying on the ground.

I will stay here again but only because of how convenient it is to family.
Pull through sites are a joke. They are so tight it’s hard to get into. Once you do get in.... your steps are on top of the neighbor’s sewer.
Amenities are old and not in the best repair.
Lots of permanent spots filled with full timers paying monthly. Feels more like a city Trailer park than an RV park.
Staff was friendly at check in.

Not a bad park. We just needed a place to stop and sleep.GPS took us there with no issues. Check in was quick and easy. I found it interesting that they have an actual RV repair garage on site. We used only the electric hook up which worked as it should. We stayed at Mission RV park in a 31' motorhome.
