The roads to get to the campground are in need of some TLC, but totally passable. Check in at the gatehouse with the volunteer on duty. If it's the summer and a weekend, you will probably need reservations.
The campground is on a lovely reservoir. We didn't take advantage of it, but there was a beach and I believe a boat ramp.
The pull through sites are HUGE and spread out. We could have fit two of our 40 foot rig/toad combo onto our site. The pads are concrete with large patios, a picnic table, a grill table, lantern hook, and a fire pit, with full hookups. The sites are treed and you can barely see your neighbor. You can see the lake.
Along the lake shore are back in sites that are packed much closer together. They had electric and water. You need to like your neighbors...but if you choose your site well, well you could avoid having a neighbor on one side.
There is no WiFi. But the Verizon signal was good. You can pick up all the major OTA TV stations.
Since it was a quick stop, we really didn't explore much. But this campground is on our list of places to return to when we have more time.

Had a very nice 3 day stay recently at this campground and selected it primarily as it is not that far from home and we needed to "test run" our recently acquired trailer! Denison, TX is located about 15 miles away where you can find many shops, restaurants, gas, etc. which makes getting any last minute items easy.
The campground is comprised of several "loops" with the "C" loop the only area with full hookups. The "A" loop is tent only, "B", "D" and "E" have electric and water and "G" is the group areas. We were in B which backs up to the lake so has excellent views. Each site has electricity and water as well as a picnic table and a fire ring. There are several dump stations and bath rooms/showers across the property as well.
This is a very nice campground, well maintained and friendly staff. It is popular so book early! We will definitely be returning in the future.

Stayed here two nights May/2019. Hosts were great. Well cared for grassy camp ground. $22.00/nite with All Access pass. Otherwise 44.00. Most spaces have a view of Lake Texoma. 30 amp at B-1 location. Need 50 Ft of water hose. Dump Station on property. Nice spacing with picnic table. Boat ramp, clean restrooms, dumpster. 6 digital channels on TV.

We opted for the full hookups this trip, which meant that we were a bit farther from the lakeshore, but still within view and only a shirt walk away.
We enjoyed the pull through fully paved site which allowed us a nice large patio.
The grounds were very well kept, gate staff was friendly and competent, and fellow campers were pleasant and respectful.
The campground was full but the sites are well spaced so that it wasn’t crowded. (Waterfront sites are much closer together and have gravel pads, no sewer.)
All in all, we had a very pleasant, restful time. The campground is mostly level so it’s nice for casual walking or biking.

Stayed in Loop C which has large pull thru sites and full hookups. The sites are very spacious and have a concrete patio, table, fire ring and standing bbq. Lots of shade because Lool C is in a wooded area.

We’re on our way from visiting family in Columbia, MO to Austin, TX, and Lake Texoma looked like a good overnight. We arrived the day after Labor Day in 94° heat, hoping for shade. There were plenty of available spots, abundant shade and a nice breeze off the lake to make it super comfortable. We’re in loop E and all alone. Water, electricity, 5G on Verizon. Bathrooms are okay, showers are cold, but I’m not complaining.

Burns Run West COE on Lake Texoma is one of the nicest campgrounds we've stayed at. We were in the wooded campground across the street from the lake with concrete pads, shaded sites, nice spacing between sites, and full hookups. Whoever designed this campground did a great job. Campsites along the lake had great views, but were much closer together. I didn't use the restrooms. I was only here overnight, but would have liked to stay longer and have an opportunity to paddle on the lake.

Friendly staff, nice and quiet except on weekends. Beautiful sandy beach for long walks. There is lots of shade. The full hook up sites are very spaced out with extra long driveways. Weekend was very crowded and loud. During the week the place is beautiful and quiet. The roads are paved. They don't mind busses and vans. Lots of 5th wheels and tents. Large group areas that are nicely set up. Water is shared between 2 sites, so make sure you have a long hose. Easy to walk dogs around especially on the long sandy Beach. There is one shower house with 3 shouwers and the water is cold. Tmobile was 110mps down and 12mps up, Verizon was 40 mps down and 7 mps up.

Camped 5/21 & 5/22/23 (Sunday & Monday nights). Full price is $26/night for site B1-B18, electric and water hookups at site. It was fairly quiet during our stay, but busy. Area B seemed the most popular as it has nice views of the lake. There is no sandy beach along this stretch of sites however. There is brush, and at the edge of the brush at our site, there was a colony of biting ants. So FYI - watch out for ants!
We liked this campground, but gave it a 4 due to fact that the grass was long and needed mowing, and the bathrooms needed cleaning (old spiderwebs about, dead bugs). We also cleaned up some trash at our site.
There are plenty of really nice sites, from total shade to total sun, and some with a good amount of privacy. Sites in Areas D & E charge less ($24) since water spigots aren't at each site, although some folks used long hoses to hook up. I believe there were 2 spigots per water post in this area. Area C is full hookups ($28).
The campground has a boat ramp at the end, multiple dump stations, a playground and swimming beach at the beginning of the campground, before Area A. Each of the 3 bathrooms has shower facilities, either in stalls or a private room with toilet.
