Stayed one night, it was “industrial” style park, neighbors close by so got their smoke and noise as they partied to 11pm. Good place to for us to refresh for one night as we headed up to UP of Michigan for some boon-docking.

(+) Very clean, many amenities. Great location. (-) Obnoxious kids with lousy parents everywhere. Loud people late into the night, no rule enforcement. Dumb people making day fires when it’s 85 degrees, very smoky. Would come back but only after the kids are back in school. Very overpriced.

Everything here was well kept and clean. I would stay here again if their "free" interrnet was better. We were on site 44. A long distance from an access point apparently. The speed was advertized to be 13meg. No chance. Lucky if we got 2 meg at times. When tested always was slow. On top of that only one device capable. Could purchase premium and one additional level that would allow 5 devices but not with my Winegard router. The tech said he just did not have time to troubleshoot Winegard. I didn't even ask why it was so slow. Figured he didn't have any time for that either. I need a good wifi connection so if you need it too, this campground is questionable. What is wrong with these RV parks that advertize wifi but have no strong networks. I would pay more but not for this. I had to use my Hot Spot through AT&T to get a satisfactoy consistant signal for about the same as the site cost. Can't stay here for that much more.

Well laid out resort with easy access and combination of backin or pull through spaces that are all the same size. Access to bike trail, dog parks, walking areas and incredible clubhouse building with pool, hot tub, saunas workout facility and kitchen/bar in large area to gather. We stayed in the back of the resort and loved it. There is road noise to be heard if you are in front spaces. Free WiFi that worked fine for our limited requirements.

We stayed at the very end of the season on the last couple days of October and had a great time here. We paid $32/night, which was half of the normal cost thanks to PA. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy here: WiFi, Dog Park, Clubhouse with continental breakfasts, workout room, heated pool, hot tub, theater room, game room, as well as tennis courts. The landscaping is gorgeous here and is maintained exceptionally well. I would recommend getting a site at the back of the park, as our site on the front side backed up to 31, which has a fair amount of highway noise.

Very nice resort. Paved roads, good drainage with rain, manicured grass, very large concrete pads.
Paid $42 for the first 2 nights with our Passport America discount. Paid the full $84 for the 3rd night.
We didn't use any of the amenities since we just used the campground as our base camp to go explore the surrounding area. Short drive into town with a Walmart, Meijer and plenty of restaurants and things to do.
We needed propane filled but they don't fill propane at this resort. Seemed a bit odd since they even come pick up your garbage every morning. But we were able to fill up on our way out of town at the Tractor Supply.
The campground is located right off the main highway so you do hear traffic, but at night the traffic dies down so we weren't really bothered.
We ended up leaving about an hour after checkout because we had to get an oil change and run errands in the morning. The employees were friendly but did drive by to coax us to leave even with a dozen empty sites around us.
Sun RV resorts are often nice and this place set the bar high.

One of the best RV resorts we’ve stayed at. Clean, well kept grounds, nice dog park Neighbors were very friendly... all ages. Very large concrete sites. Perfect location to explore all areas around Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Spring Harbor. Right on bike path.

Really wanted to give this park 5 stars. It’s a beautiful park and well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The park has a pool, putting green, a couple of tennis courts and a couple of new Pickleball courts. All in all, a very nice park.
However, I don’t like being awake at 5:30 AM. Unfortunate, an entire row of sites sit right along the main high 31. The park has a nice growth of trees behind each site but unfortunately you can really hear the highway noise even from within your rig. Sitting outside in the even only lasted so long as we grew tired of the road noise.
Would I come back to the park, Yes, but only if I could have a site on the back side of the resort (sites 45 - 70 something).

Love this park - nice pool, big sites, all concrete pads and great staff. A big issue is the road noise, especially if you are on the north sites. Would not stay on those sites again as noise is really loud but back and middle sites are better. Would be wise to build a noise barrier wall in front of the resort as it will only get louder over time

First time visiting Michigan so was unfamiliar with the area. Found this park online and since they had a site available for a week and over the Labor Day weekend, I booked it, glad I did. Beautiful park, well maintained. As a newbie RVer I really appreciate parks that have spacious sites, wide interior roads for maneuvering, and wide sites for backing in (we had a pull through.) This park is gated and felt very safe and secure. Quiet for the most park. Convenient to town and things to do. Lovely location. Didn't find any Petoskey stones, though. Good power, water pressure, sewer was a bit odd for us, it's toward the front of the site, which for an Airstream means moving a little closer to the front but it worked out okay. Lots of room for the Airstream and the tow vehicle. About an hour drive to catch the ferry to Mackinac Island. Lots of amenities and nice club house. Good staff, courteous and helpful. Good cell reception for us and we use a hot spot and it worked great, we're T-Mobile. Definitely enjoyed our stay. This park is more of a resort type of park.
