Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on July 15, 2022Round Top Campground is off highway 15 in southern PA and just 2 miles from Gettysburg National Military Park. The grounds are very clean and the campground is quite and relaxing. The staff is fantastic and go out of their way to ensure that you have a great stay. Lots are nice and large with room to spread out and relax. The site we had over the weekend had good electrical, water and sewage hook ups and also had a picnic table and fire pit. The site was hard packed gravel which was level with a cement patio area. Pool opened this weekend with limited slots but there were plenty of opportunities for swimming. There is WiFi throughout the campgrounds which was good 90% of the time. Some of the sites had cable hook ups but ours did not but with our digital antenna we were able to receive 12 stations, but I admit we didn't really watch the TV. Highly recommend this campground for a relaxing get away.

This park is just ok for an overnight. VERY crowded and tight. Roads are mostly one lane very tight curves, not well marked. It took us 2 times around park until we found our site. A lot of long term residents with lots not well kept. Right next to highway. Wont be back

The best thing about this Thousand Trails campground is it’s proximity to Gettysburg and all attractions! The Campground is old and a bit rundown. Sites are small and tight and some are at strange angles. They do have FHU and 30/50 amp. There are many amenities and a large swimming pool which is great for families. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again if visiting the area.
