We stayed one night and we were by the entrance which is on a side road. It was fairly quiet. The office cleaned your credit cards and they were thorough with COVID during check in. We appreciated that. We had a fee kids around us but it wasn’t bad. Sites are not too close but still close enough for me during this time with nothing blocking seeing each other. The office was on top of things and did keep an eye on the park. We got blocked in because someone took up the road and it was a one way and we had to back up the RV trying to get out and the office was on it right away. There is a small shopping area close by. The town was in walking distance for us but might be far for others. It was a very busy park. Two areas to walk your dogs. One just along the edge of the back and the other a more wider area. Easy to level and some food places delivered to the park. There wasn’t a lot of shade and during quiet time the kids, doors slamming and loud talking got a little annoying but wasn’t bad. It had been a long day though. 10% off if you check in before 11am. We stayed two nights. During the day most people left so it was much quieter and less crowded. We had a pull through site with no issues.
So there the only place on town so they can jack up the price. Place was clean. Our site was really tight. But there is no WIFI. For the price I paid ridiculous . Also, very noisy at night as its near a busy road

Ah, the Great Trade Off.
You want to be able to walk a cool town, have a few too many beverages maybe, and not worry about driving home. So you choose the Virginian.
Packed in like sardines, with a shuttle just outside of the park, you trade the roominess of Teton boondocking for the convenience of town. The shuttle will be done by the time you leave the bar, but the walk is doable (just over a mile).
There's a very interesting bar in the Virginian (which is also a hotel), and it's surprisingly filled with locals. Much karaoke was had. We even saw parachuters jumping off of the mountain that towers above the park and separates it from the nearby ski resort. Getting from the park, through town and into the Tetons was a minimum 20 minute affair, sometimes more if it was a busy weekend.
Staff was friendly, if a bit strict with their policies and at times overly watchful. There is a big power transformer just next door that, while not particularly noisy, was a little strange to have the kids by.
Had AT&T and Verizon cell service but can't recall the specific number of bars.

There is only one reason to stay here--walking distance to Jackson Hole. Not much else nice to say about it, but I would stay here again for that reason. It is crazy to me that for such a beautiful town and surrounding landscape, that the campground isn't more attractive. The sites are gravel and packed together tightly. There are full hook-ups, but the wifi is spotty. And it is expensive! The woman who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. And we have enjoyed being able to walk into town, which is about one mile away.

Made reservations more than two months ago for two class A's to be side by side. Got here sites were not side by side. A spot cleared up by us the next day. But unfriendly staff refused to move one coach beside us. Stating some ridiculous statement about reservations. Guess think we are stupid. They made a mistake but refused to fix even though they could. We have stayed at More than 29 sites this trip, all made around the same time, with no problem except this one. The owner needs to hire more competent people to handle reservations and when staff has screwed up, more accommodating staff to fix, after all people stay at sites where staff is friendly and eager to accommodate travelers!

I had prepared for the worse so I didn't think it was that bad or at least not bad compared to other private RV Parks or even some KOAs.. Although the price is heavy, it is convenient to anything in Jackson. The shuttle runs close by so need to even get in the car.

Standard RV site. Picnic table, power, water. Lodge at the end of the park with a heated pool. It’s clean but expensive but your right in town

It's expensive, but not really a far walk at all (1.5 miles) to Jackson, and if you choose your route right it's a pleasant walk through some of the beautiful residential neighborhoods.
The staff were very friendly and they serve free coffee at the office in the morning. There's also a wash station (hose with spray nozzle) that they let you use to wash your rig.

Overall: clean, fairly spacious, easy to get in and out.
Staff: friendly and helpful
Appearance: clean, well maintained, hook up area was easy to access.
XFactor: close to Jackson and Jackson hole, great bike paths, we we’re able to ride our bikes to Jackson hole with ease. Miles of bike paths.
Price: to high but when you’re that close to the action with full hookups, they kinda got you by the kahonas.

The NP is packed, everyone trying to escape COVID-19 restrictions. We pulled into town late and could not find a dry camping spot. The Virginian RV Park had one spot Left so we took it. Probably the most expensive option. The park was clean and staff friendly.
