“family owned & operated since 2001”
We Are A Family Owned Campground Located In North Oakland County. We Have Owned The Campground Since 2001. Since Then We Have Done Many Renovations. Planting About 200 Pine Trees, Added A Fountain To The Lagoon, Built Cabins, Renovated Our Restrooms And Laundry, Made A Beautiful Nature Trail Around Our Lake And Have Tried To Create A Little Bit Of The Farm Experience With Our Petting Zoo (Adults Love This As Much As The Children). We Are Originally From Upper Michigan And Have Tryed To Bring A Little Of The "Upper" Down Here.

I'm pleasantly surprised with the actual campground after having difficulty reaching the office staff about reservations. The campground is clean, and the utilities work. There is lot's here for family fun: lake and beach, stream, petting zoo, laundry, and a pavilion with live music for Memorial Day weekend. If a kids-everywhere-on-the-holiday-vibe isn't your thing you might want to look for something different. I arrived late in the evening of my arrival date and still haven't ventured into the office. It took several tries to reach them when I was trying to investigate this campground last year. They don't return voice mails, the phone goes unanswered during office hours, and they only take cash or check. Three weeks after I sent a check I got a text that my check hadn't arrived. I explained I mailed it the day I made the reservation and a few minutes later I received a reply that my check was "found" in their inbox. So, overall a great experience, but be persistent and keep good records for business with the front desk.
