Not only do we have full-time security, the rates are cheap and all utilities are included. We are nearby all the ‘attractions’ of Tuscon, AZ including numerous state parks and the Suguaro National Park(s). There is always something going on at the fairgrounds each week, and even smaller events that may not be advertised in the paper or online; one such thing was last night’s local Horse Jumping competition which I made sure to check out.
There are two sections to the RV park, if you want a little more solitude just ask to stay on the Corral area where less RVs tend to go. These are all no-nonsense spaces, with a gravel lot and easy to connect to hookups. Toilets are always nearby if you want to give your tanks a break and there are even some showers if you lack a shower in your rig.
$20 per day or $100 per week.

This location is very convenient to Saguaro Nat Park, Pima Air and Space museum and shopping. The camp host was very nice. The price recently increased to $23/night. The site is secure and the seasonal RVers are very nice and willing to offer advice. The WiFi was good we were able to stream movies. Very few channels can be picked up with the digital TV antenna.

I stayed here 8 nights in March of 2017, I paid for a week and then liked it so much I added an extra day. It was $25 a day or $125 a week. The spots are close together in a gravel lot, no trees except around the outside edges. Full hook ups, wifi was a little spotty during the weekend when it had a lot of usage, and cell service worked great.
I liked this location because it is out of town a bit so quiet at night, but it is close enough to all of the stuff to do in Tuscon and surrounding area, plus the price was right.
The showers are in the show barn, which from my spot was all the way across the fairgrounds. It was quite a hike. It smells like a barn when you walk into the bathroom. The showers were not dirty but you could tell people from the barn came in and showered there. Ex: There was dust and dirt on the walls and corners of the showers. I wore flip flops while showering and it was fine. The showers were hot and much more spacious than my trailer shower, so no complaints. There are a lot of bathrooms around the grounds but I found most of them to be locked most of the time. The shower bathroom was unlocked every time I went, and I went at several different times of day. Ex: morning, afternoon, and evening.
Like the other review said, there is stuff going on here all weekend long. During the week it was pretty quiet, still quite a few people around but not like the weekend. There was a horse jumping competition and gun show the first weekend I was here and a 4H show the second weekend.
There is a speedway, a drag strip, and a model airplane area right outside of the grounds. These things are all noisy. Fortunately nothing was going on there during the week, but on the weekend I did hear tires squeeling around the track and model airplanes flying. At night and early morning you can also hear the coyotes howling.
It was a great place to stay while visiting the area. I felt safe and even though my neighbors were a little close, it was quiet and everybody was respectful. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip through town.

Entirely new pull through section bathrooms and office. Blazing fast WiFi. Laundry facility still small and away from most sites. You should expect noise during events as it’s still a fairground though nicest of any fairground campgrounds we’ve ever seen.

Staff and hosts were very friendly. We did laundry, WiFi was fast, push button showers were only tepid. We enjoyed an RV show at the fairgrounds while we were there.

We stayed one night passing through the area. We had originally planned to boondock, but with hard freeze and winter weather advisories, we preferred to be able to plug into electric. This is definitely a no-frills big open parking lot with hookups, but the $27 GS rate was well worth it for what we needed. Especially when we woke up to four inches of new snow. Painstaking check-in process and escort to our site, which I suppose is helpful to some people but it's a big open parking lot. Wifi was down and wasn't going to be fixed for a few days. They weren't full when we were there, but sites look like they are packed in pretty tight. Interior "roads" very easy to navigate. It's conveniently located off the interstate, yet far enough away that we didn't hear road noise. Very quiet at night. Gravel lot, level site. Strong Verizon signal.

These are probably the tightest spaces I've ever seen in an RV park. Most of the people here were incredibly loud, the staff was not particularly friendly or accommodating. They only allow access to the good showers during business hours and you have to stop in the office and ask for a key. Otherwise, you can shower in an unheated livestock building that looks like it's still used for scrubbing down farm animals and reeks of cow manure...and it was about half a mile walk from our site. Awful.
This place is getting a bad rap from a lot of reviewers but it just isn’t so. The front lot is all gravel most pull through slots. There is always something going on here. Every weekend we were treated to horse shows & competitions, dog competitions and one weekend a big RV show. In the front lot they have upgraded their WiFi and it’s fast & accessible. In total they said they have approximately 500 sites with full hookups either 50 amp or 30 amp most with a combination of both. They have huge areas for boondocking as well. Bathrooms are clean & LOTS of hot water, laundry is small but very functional. Escapees is holding their 59 escapade here in March with over 900 rigs and there should be no problem accomadating everyone. There is just so much to see and do even if nothing is going on, so many places to hike & enjoy the outdoors. With that being said they are very close to shooting range which is very active on weekends & a race track, also the Tucson PD practices on the track for their qualifying in cars for car chases. All in all a great place to call home for several months in winter.

We stayed 1 night. They have us a spot backed up to the oleander to block the wind. They accept any kind of RV. We have all ages and styles around us. The bathhouse was clean and the water was HOT. The laundry was small but worked well.
They were having a rv show on the fairgrounds so there was that. They have good happy hour deals in the grill. It is next to the racetrack so we heard racing all the time.
But it was overall a pleasant stay. They even loaned us an adapter for 110 to 30.
