Dry tent and hookup campsites. Fire pits. Bathrooms and showers. Very clean and well maintained. Great spot if you need to camp while on the 101!
Around $30-$45/night dependent on your needs
Electrical tent sites are right at the entrance of this RV park and are quite small. You can find non-electrical sites throughout the park that are much better. Many of the RV spots do not have fire rings as well. The staff, with the exception of one person, was very accommodating and gracious as well. For the most part this RV park is taken care of quite nicely.
Typical campground. Close together. Most of the campground is seasonal or people living there it looks like. Our site was a back in with a box blocking our slide out. We parked way back to clear it. Not a great site. We didn’t ask to move though
Bathrooms very old. Close to things though on 101

If you like redwoods, this is the place to stay. Very close to town and VERY quiet. Only about a 10 minute drive to the redwoods or the beach.
We moved from a park on the bay, couldn't stand the high winds every night or the fog horn every 30 seconds !!
This park is a little older but very well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this park again.

Big puddles in camp sites, have to pay for wifi, the cable is not real cable, only half the channels work, they only work half the time. Could not give me a sight that satellite would work.

We spent a week in Crescent City to get away from the smoke nearly everywhere else. They put us in Site 29, in the lower loop behind the office. This is the loop I'd recommend because there is good spacing between sites and traffic passes the loop only upon entering the park. We used the bathroom regularly because our little folding camper isn't self-contained. It's a bit of a walk up the hill to the bathroom from our site, but not as far as some parks we've visited. The bathrooms were well-maintained, although the showers were a little tight. On the men's side they were sometimes all in use in the morning, but free most other times. I think there are a number of workers and other permanent residents in the upper loop, but they keep their areas neat and we had no noise issues. We could hear the foghorn, but it was much fainter than other locations in town. The location was ideal--a few minutes from downtown but away from traffic enough to be pleasant, camping among the trees and birds. The staff was friendly and available. They charge extra for Wifi, but we didn't use it. Their provider had a cable problem early in our stay, and we didn't inquire later whether it had been resolved. What little online we needed we did through Verizon. Don't miss the organic blueberry farm 1/2 mile north, at the intersection of Parkway Drive and Hwy 199.

Overpriced for what you get. Wifi is an extra charge, the picnic tables are 'returning to mother earth', muddy dirt sites due to rain (could use some gravel).

We needed showers, laundry, electric and waste hook ups and found them all at Village Camper Inn RV park. Nothing here is spectacular, but it's all just fine and fills the need. Close to the city and coast and sites, so that was nice. Having driven by a few other spots, I feel this is likely the best option in the area. I'm happy we nabbed a spot for couple of nights and suggest others do the same.

I liked this park because of its proximity to the beach, the Redwoods, and to town. We were able to go see the Battery Point Lighthouse one day, go to the Redwoods the next, and have dinner in town at the marina. I needed a new hose, so Walmart was less than a mile away.
Although my visit was during the later part of the COVID-19 outbreak, my friend and I were still able to enjoy our time. The park is in an area that is wooded (it even has its own redwood trees), has fire rings, gravel sites, lots of shade, and is well kept.
One thing though, my toy hauler is 39’ long. The roads and corners were tight for it, but I got it through. Also make sure you have enough sewer hose, water hose, and electric cord as the hookups are towards the rear of the site (at least the sites here in the row where I am). My service bay and sewer connection are all towards the front. I had to use my extra pieces to reach it all. Good thing I had them!
I recommend this park for sure! We had neighbors on each side and never knew they were there.

Nice quiet spot. A touch out of town, but nothing for a car :). Great access to Jedediah redwoods and others. Right off the 101.
Interesting site layouts, some big sites, some tight. Mine would not have worked with a slide, but since I don't have one... Probably why I got it! All connections at very back of the site, sewer just reached with an extension. Be prepared! Wifi useless, even at 7 am with a booster.
LOTS of animals. Cats roaming free, a rooster I could hear, lots of people with dogs, but all controlled.
Site way off level on left side for me :).
