Confirmed by 6 users | Last reported on March 20, 2024This campground is about 30 minutes from our home. We decided to just go up there for an overnight stay for a little getaway. We were looking for something close by and with full hookups and easy to get in and out of it. This campground fulfilled all of that. The campsites are nothing special, just concrete and gravel with no trees. This is not the sort of place you settle into for a week or two to enjoy nature. But the groundskeeping is immaculate and what is lacking in actual campsite ambience is available in the community areas of the park. You can carry your cup of coffee to one of two pavillions overlooking a lovely little pond and enjoy the antics of the resident geese. You can cool off in the clean, clear swimming pool. You can walk all the way around the lake as the grass is well mowed. Throughout the park you'll find pots of flowers and other landscaping features. The proximity of the park to the I-40 makes it a great place to stop for a night or two on your travels, but call ahead for reservations because they stay pretty well booked up. You'll find most of the sites easy to pull in and out of and even keep your towed vehicle hooked up if you wish. We camped at Parkers Crossroads RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

What a perfect couple running this park. We had issues with coach and they went above and beyond to help us. It’s the cleanest park we’ve ever stayed at. Nothing but positive remarks to stay. One mile off expressway, east access for big rigs towing. They show you to your site and are on call 24/7 for anything. 💕

Start with great on site working owners, Bill & Sue. They will make your stay as enjoyable as they possibly can.
Beautiful state park like setting, something you just see in a smaller private campground. Complete with fishing pond, and you actually catch fish. swimming pool and dog friendly. A note to other campers, Please pick up after your fury friends. The owners can't be held responsible for people who just don't pick up their dog poo.
The bathrooms are nicer then in many hotels we stayed at and spotless.
We base camped here for 5 days and explored Western Tennessee as well as Mississippi, Kentucky and Alabama. we could have gone to Arkansas as well but just ran out of time. Within an hour and a half driving you can see a lots. Then enjoy the pool for bit before retiring for the night..
The office/gift shop is so unique with its 50's theme and Sue's hand made creation are just a wonder to see and make a great gift for that house sitter back home.
We will make this our stop when in the area.

I think some sites might be better than others here. We were put in a small gravel site that was not level and next to an illuminated walkway so light shone into the RV all night. But the views and pond were lovely, great bathrooms, good wifi, friendly owners. Good price at $49 after Good Sam.

Outstanding park. We spent one night during a long trip. They put us in one of the concrete pads that was a pull thru with option of keeping our truck connected to the trailer. Escorted us to the site with very efficient instructions. The view over the pond was outstanding. This is an excellent RV park from the emailed well designed informative brochure to the well maintained grounds to the excellence customer service. The owners work hard to provide the best. We were very impressed and this will be the first RV park on my favorites.

Owner is extremely helpful, especially since I am a newbie, and he took extra time to make sure that I was settled. Beautiful area, clean facilities, and campground, privacy.

Such a pleasant experience! We called after hours and they got us in. Easy pull-through, level sites. So nice when arriving late. Very clean, well cared for property. Good bathroom/shower facilities, pretty little lake. Definitely kid and pet friendly. Very cute Coca Cola themed office and gift store with some homemade gifts. The best part was the friendliness of the owner operators.
