Great RV park in Sundance Wyoming. Not too big. Quiet. A small dog run. Right off the freeway but couldn’t hear the traffic. Plenty of space on each spot. Great hospitality. Found a place called Longhorn Steakhouse Saloon in town. It was very good.

This is a very nice rv park literally carved into a Wyoming hillside with a terraced design. It is very clean and neat and as attractive as you can be with plantings and flowers and decorative accessories in this arid red dirt.
The office check-in was easy and the office a very interesting visit. There is a lot of handy grocery and rv products offered in this store as well as odds 'n ends that are fun to look through.
The upper terrace is pull through, the lower mostly back in. The access roads are wide and easy driving. Electric and water are easy hook ups, but the sewer hook up is far back on the site near the road edge, not convenient.
The sites are not tight and include a picnic table. The park is very well maintained. The owners are active in up keep and we've seen them daily.
There is a small pool that is very attractive; fence enclosed with pool furniture around. There are plenty of places to walk though no formal walking trails.
The bathrooms are very clean, obviously checked on often. They are almost bright and shiny. Bright because there is a big dome skylight in the ceiling making the lighting better than the usual fixtures. The showers were clean and inviting, hot water didn't run out.
The laundry looked new and because it is next to the office with an open door there are not the damaged or misused machines you might find.
There are a lot of very attractive tenting sites with services.
Whether rv or tenting this is a safe and secure nights stop.

Excellent place to stay in Sundance. 45 for a pull through 50 amp site, excellent WiFi and great cable ($2 more for cable). Supper clean and the staff was outstanding. Nice store with cool gifts and basic items. Coffee for $1, ice cream and also baked goods made fresh daily. Good layout for hookups. Grass area between sites and dog friendly. Walking the whole place with the dogs is 1/2 mile loops so it a big place but very nice. Clean laundry room, Rec area with a pool table and ping pong table. Treadmill and stepper also. clean pool area and it’s heated to 82 degrees. 30 miles from Spearfish which has a Safeway and all the basics plus Kiillans food and drinks was excellent for lunch. 28 miles from Devil’s Tower.

No road or train noise. Quiet place

Nice and clean campground. The pool was closed during our visit. It looks like it will be nice. However I would have stayed down the road at a BLM site and paid much less cause I have kids who would have used the heated pool which is why I paid the extra cost. I wish someone would have said no pool during booking.

The owner bakes cookies which is nice. So i didn’t say anything cause I felt like they are trying.

However the one thing that is a bit messed up is where the sewer is on the pull through sites... We have a 25 foot sewer hose that wouldn’t reach. We thankfully have a macerator pump and 100 foot hose, otherwise we would have had to hookup and backup to dump.

The view is nice. The facility is clean.

Nice staff, clean grounds, sites are large enough, easy on and off I90. Groceries and fuel within a mile.

Very clean and tidy campground. They are trying very hard to keep things both safe and enjoyable during Covid. We stayed here while visiting Devil's Tower. The sites are a tad small, but so neat and clean!! The laundry room was so nice too! The pool has a deep end and was unexpected.

We stayed her 3 nights September 19-21, 2020. Pam & Brian were very nice and helpful. It was clean and well maintained. The water pressure is 80 psi, they will tell you this. if you get in a little late Cowgirl Pizza and Laundromat will deliver to your RV its party good. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nice clean park. The only park with full hook-ups at the time. You can hear the interstate at times but its not that bad, mostly quiet. They’ll wait til you show up to tell you that the water pressure is high but you can buy a regulator from them. The website claims the fastest speed in Sundance but 1.2mbps download is hardly fast. They've got it set up to block appletv, smart tvs, and firesticks. If you're in need of fast internet, both the biker bar down the road and the steakhouse have speeds in the high 20’s. Your camper door will open up to your neighbors black tank hose as well.

My daughter and I spent a week here before my wife was able to fly out for our vacation. Very clean and quiet location, great owners! Easy to pull into any site, nicely stocked camp store and clean facilities. I was able to work remotely while there, but speeds are on the slower side. Phone and data service in Wyoming is spotty at best in most areas. We stayed for an unplanned 2nd week after spending a week in Cody and they were able to fit us in, the pool was open when we got back. Again, very clean, nice area. There are several fuel stops in town, but really only two places too eat. Cowgirl pizza and the Longhorn steakhouse (local). Both are great! Close to Devil's Tower and other Black Hill area attractions. They made us feel at home and we'll definitely stay again next time we're out! Thanks Brian and Pam!

Brian and Pam (owners), are the reason this place is top notch #1 in my book for the area. Right off I-90, easy access for our 35 ft 5th wheel. Check in comes with fresh cookies too! (it's the little thoughtful things that float my boat).
Full hook ups with 30/50 depending on what amp you choose. Tent sites available also.
This place is IMMACULENT! Clean and new sparkling pool, bathrooms, game room with ping pong, pool table and a couple workout machines, laundry, covered picnic area, dog area, gift and camping store, soft serve ice cream, popcorn.....I could go on and on!
Love this place so much kinda don't want to share with others BUT, this is our 2nd stay here and each time there have been new additions or upgrades to campground.

Spearfish is 25 mins east and lots to do and see on several day trips. There is the historical hatchery, Spearfish Canyon, breweries, lots to eat out places, Aquatic center, ect.

The campground is small, peaceful and relaxing. my perfect slice of heaven.
