Grandy Creek as a Thousand Trails member. This park is fabulous! The staff are all friendly, the grounds are kept clean, there's grass that is mowed, the bathrooms are super clean, the store has lots of goodies, the Wi-Fi is excellent in the buildings comma and the pool and hot tub were very nice.

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was quick and easy and it wasn't hard to find a nice site. The sites had a nice amount of space separating them from other sites which we appreciated since we don't like campgrounds that put every site so close together. At least we had some room to sit outside without feeling crowded by a neighbor. The views around the campground were beautiful and it was conveniently located for visiting North Cascades National Park. Verizon worked well there. We were a little disappointed that the bounce pad costs extra, but we were so busy when we were there that our kids never ended up using it anyway. We did play mini golf a couple of times and like most Thousand Trails, the mini golf is pretty run down and could use an upgrade. Since this park is also a KOA it was a little surprising to find the mini golf in such bad shape. Anyway, overall this was a nice place to stay and we would stay here again.

This is probably one of the best Thousand Trails campgrounds we’ve been to. Half of the campground is a KOA. We don’t generally have high expectations for TT campgrounds so this one was a pleasant surprise. They had a lot of kid activities Labor Day weekend (we don’t have kids, but we did watch the movie on the lawn which was pretty cool). I imagine if you have kids, this place would be awesome. We stayed here to see North Cascades National Park, I think we were about 45 minuets away, but the drive there was pretty so we didn’t mind. ATT and Verizon were both good for work and video conferencing. We have a cell booster, so I’m not sure how it was unboosted.

As someone else has mentioned, this was the nicest Thousand Trails campground we've stayed at so far. As always, the staff was great in our limited dealings. The grounds were very well kept and the facilities were cleaner than most retail stores. Overall - highly recommend!
This is a very family friendly campground, although we were here while COVID restrictions were in place so the activity areas were closed. We made the best of it, though, by enjoying the creek and taking walks around the campground and spent a lot of time across the highway at Rasar State Park.
The sites were plenty big. The area we were in would have been awesome if we were with a group. I felt plenty private side to side, but we were fairly close w/ the site behind us and without much in between. It certainly could have been worse, and not enough to keep us from coming back!
Overall, this was a great stay for us and we definitely recommend as a family-friendly option - especially once the amenities are back up and running after COVID. We will definitely be back, and would even pay for the KOA sites it was that nice of a campground.

Price reflects FHU, 30 amp, back in site and 10% KOA Rewards discount. Owners/managers worked hard to keep campers safe and were visible to enforce rules. Amenities were temporarily closed due to virus, but we managed to have a good time anyway with visiting grandsons. Plenty to do in the area, good places to see and eat. (5B's Bakery in Concrete is a must!) Quiet and orderly for a KOA, many camping options. We enjoyed biking the Cascade Trail into both Concrete and Sedro-Wooley, and both towns have services. Campground wi-fi isn't free but we had excellent Verizon data service and useable AT&T. Laundry was clean and only open during weekdays for now. Hoping pool, mini-golf, etc. will be available next year, because we plan to stay again and longer.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious campground!
We stayed here three nights with our Thousand Trails membership. We were VERY fortunate to snag the last full-hook up spot on the last pull through row. It was an almost perfectly level spot and came with a nice park table and fire pit (which we didn’t use due to current fire ban).
The laundry facilities are decent. Do check the sign for scheduling as there are specific days/times it can be used due to COVID restrictions.
Overall great experience! We’d love to stay again when in the area.

Will never come here again. Tons of people. ZERO mask mandate enforcement even amongst the staff. Couldn't use the facilities for concern of infection.

Gated entrance with phone to call for "ranger" to come check you in. Thousand Trails has a row of sites as well so the signage is a little confusing when you arrive. Definitely unhook your toad even if you have a pull-through as the interior roads are snug.
Lots of tall trees so nice shade but no satellite from our rooftop dish. Dirt and gravel sites with small green grass outdoor space. Picnic table and fire ring. If you keep your blinds open you'll get to know a lot about your neighbors.
We had 50 amp FHUs that all worked fine. They allow tents and additional people at some of the sites so this is a very crowded park. We didn't use the facilities but showerhouses are provided.
We don't site outside a lot anyway so this park was fine and we'll stay here again when in the area.

cons: gross showers with barely warm water, no trees in the tent site areas, lots of people on the weekends, not a short drive to north cascades np, not worth the price
