Beautiful campground with concrete and gravel sites. Access to Casino and its restaurants. Nice pool, laundry and other facilities available. Being right on route 66 is a bonus. The casino buffet was closed but they had at least two or three other options. We hit the sports bar and i had their Philly cheesesteak which for an old PA boy was good but not quite Philly good!
We spent a single night here - arriving in the evening and leaving early in the morning. The location right off I-40 was very convenient, and we even managed to find a level spot in the large parking lot. Be sure to bypass the area near the gas station where the semi trucks all converge. Instead, look for the lot on the west side of the casino. There were only a handful of other RVs on the night we stayed. Did a quick walk through the casino, which was basically a stinky, smoke-filled room with lots of slot machines and a scary looking restaurant. I give Route 66 high marks for a free, convenient place to stay, but would look elsewhere if entertainment is a priority.

Stopped by to check out resort and casino on the way to Albuquerque. They were having a sale at $35 a night. Normal rate is $50 less discounts. We loved the park just finished last August, it's awesome. The casino rivals Vegas but smaller. Everything looks brand new. The Wifi is a little quirky but okay. It can accommodate vet large rigs.

This is a new RV park behind the casino. The spots are large and level, and the staff is friendly. The game room is large and comfy, and when we were there they were building a new pool with a water slide. In the meantime, we got to use the pool in the casino, which is quite nice all on its own.
The casino itself is decent, not as sad as many casinos. This is a bit west of Albuquerque, so shopping can be a bit of a hike. so do your shopping before you get here.
I hope this RV park keeps up their high standards, it could be one of our favorite stops.

New RV park, less than a year old, beautifully arranged and the amenities are impeccable! Shuttle service from your site to the Casino if you don't want to make the short walk, trash pick up daily, complimentary coffee in the social area where you can find tv, pool tables, foosball and a comfy gathering area. The laundry, mini gym, bathrooms and showers are off this same building and let me say, beautiful!
The Cantina restaurant in the Casino has a great fajita platter that was enough for leftovers today and earned 👍👍 from both me and the Hubs.

This was a intermediate stop for us on the way to Colorado. The resort is brand new at the time of this writing. Everything worked flawlessly. The sites are completely level. When we arrived on a Thursday, there were only a handful of other RVs, which made it feel very airy, open, and private. The sites filled up closer to the weekend, however, there is lots of space between sites and we never felt crowded. There were expansive views to the south which made for a more scenic location than we anticipated.
The office/showers/laundry area was great! The bathrooms were very clean. The laundry machines worked well. The pool was nice, and very popular with the guests. The water slide was closed while we were there due to an "incident." The park itself is very clean and was constantly being maintained by the grounds crew. The trash was picked up from the individual sites throughout the day.
The casino is within walking distance, but there is a shuttle available as well. There are only a couple local restaurants available. Groceries are harder to come by and we had to take a 20 mile drive into Albuquerque to stock the fridge.
This was a great place to stay along the I-40. We would definitely stay here again.

If you have kids, the pool, water slide, and rec room itself are worth the stay. Sites are huge and are ALL pull throughs.

This is the most expensive casino RV park I’ve ever stayed in! The $57(including tax) was a special winter rate. The staff was friendly, and there was someone in the office 24/7. The park is very nice. It is fairly easy to navigate except for one oddly placed concrete barrier right at the beginning of the RV sites. The interior roads are paved. We stayed in a premium site which was long and level with plenty of space between sites. All the sites are nice though. They use rock for landscaping which is quite pretty. There are no trees. The clubhouse is beautiful with a (small?) pool table and a few other table games. There are comfy sofas and chairs with a TV. Showers are in individual rooms and are large and clean. The laundry room has 4 washers and dryers with decent pricing. The outdoor pool and spa are also attractive. Directv satellite worked fine. Verizon 4g 4 bars although unreliable for some unknown reason. One disappointment was the WII FI. It either worked pretty good or it was pretty bad. For the price tag, the WII FI should be screaming. We had a tasty breakfast at the casino that was basically free with a coupon we got at check-in.

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks in December. Very clean, new and well, secure park. It's about 20-ish miles outside of Albuquerque but we enjoyed the remoteness (made for great sunsets and star gazing). Each spot is large size, includes your own fire pit and quality picnic bench. The offices run 24/7 and they have a guard on patrol who drives around regularly. Carlos, the park Manager and his staff were very accommodating. Carlos dropped everything one day to help us refill our propane and it was the end of his shift. He did it with a smile and was so gracious. His staff helped us move spaces the second week (we wanted a more remote spot) and they accommodated us with ease. It was the off-season, but the pool and water slide area looked cool! The lounge was very nice with clean laundry; brand new! And the casino is walking distance through a gate or better yet, a shuttle will pick you up at your rv spot! Only reason for 4 star vs 5 is the first week we had neighbors next to us daily and the park was nearly empty. Once we moved, all was good.

If you're looking for a FHU resort with a view, this place has got it.
As mentioned previously, the sites are well spaced, level, well appointed with a fire ring and picnic table, concrete pads, and level.
We still felt the place was pricey - even for the amenities.
During our stay the pool/hot tub was closed and according to Carlos (the watchful, friendly, accommodating manager) it is pretty long term 'broken'. They are going to try to patch it up for this summer, and then have plans to pave it over and install a new pool area next year. Too bad - it looks really swanky.
The bathrooms and showers are impeccably clean. Free (decent) coffee in the community house, along with pool and various other table games, an ever-'burning' fireplace with a big screen TV, laundry, computer center, and small workout area. There is an outdoor Pickleball / volleyball court, but they are closed for the winter.
The WiFi is surprisingly good - possibly because the place was so empty when we were there. Probably because it's just too darned pricey for what it is.
We got the 'snowbird's special', which is advertised as $40/night, but with taxes comes out to near $48.
It's a bit of a haul to get to anywhere other than the casino and the gas station across the bridge that has Laguna Burger. ABQ is 25-30 minutes East.
