Cozy Rosy RV Resort & Glampground

I was stopping by The Shed for BBQ and saw this place listed, but no reviews. I guess it's all about location...close to I-10 and all that the Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer. The stated price was $46 but when I offered Good Sam she knocked it down to $40.

The park isn't much to look at - many longer term tenants and no landscaping to speak of. But the folks in the office were very friendly and liked my dog. I walked down to check out my site at the far end of the park before paying and it was fine - grass (no mud), reasonably level and decent hookups. The neighbors next door in a huge class A & trailer combo were very nice. They were only here for a couple of days as well. AT&T hotspot speed 33 down/22 up and T-Mobile 5G 67 down/7 up.

Having great BBQ next door and decent Mexican across the hwy was convenient but this isn't a destination park but convenient and possibly cheaper than some of the nearby nicer resorts.

We just need a safe and convenient spot to park so we could go to a Jason Isbell concert. This fit the bill perfectly. It’s not pretty, you park too close to the neighbors, many appear to be full timers, but full hookups, and very friendly staff. Not a destination stay but close to the action.
