Just 10 minutes south of Idaho falls exit 108, 2 miles east of I-15. Easy check in and out. Lots of things to do in Idaho Falls but this place is like a hidden gem to all the big city stuff. River runs right by the park and peaceful and beautiful place with wonderful trees. Just water and power 30 and 50amp but dump station on site. Tent camping with water. Bathrooms with showers very well maintained and clean. Definitely will pass this on to family and friends. Thank you for making our stay wonderful and all the local information you texted me after hours. You’re the best.

Great place to stay in farm country. Lots of potato fields around. Quiet at night. Worker traffic and tractors on the road during the day. Not a resort but if you don't like RV parks like us this is a great place. Water and Electric only. Easy access to Highway 15 and only 9 miles from Idaho falls. otherwise there is nothing around. Another option is Juniper Park in Ririe ID not quite as convenient, we will try it next time. Stayed in 38ft MH plus dinghy plenty of room.

We stayed here twice. Once on our way down to Arizona and once on the way back. I contacted the county park and Anne from the park dept. called me and told me that because we were going to be ther early in April that the water may not be turned but the electric would be on. If so the price would be just $16 w/o water and $20 with water. Park is about 1 1/2 miles off of I-15 and seamed rather quiet in the middle of farm country. One morning a farmer was up early tilling his field.

Better than what? Just take the time to read our review from last year's visit to Idaho Fall's South Tourist Campground! The other half was NOT interested in a repeat visit there, and we wanted power for the incoming storm and cold weather, so this one got the nod. Very low key! Even the envelopes for your payment dropped through the letterslot are plain. Restrooms are clean, the grass was mowed, and the sites were level enough that we didn't have to unhitch for our overnight. Super quiet.
The best part, however, was the historical park and farm that we found behind the campground when we went looking for (did not find) a geocache that was supposed to be back there. We'll stay here again in a heartbeat.
I can't report on 'bars' but our AT&T Mobley was keeping us happy.

This small county park is about 1 mile off I-15. The young lady on staff was very pleasant. There are 12 sites. The sites are narrow with trees so it is tough maneuvering with a 45 ft MH towing. The sites contain pea gravel with a small strip of grass and trees between sites. You will get sap droppings from the trees. Variety of levelness depending on the site. Most are long enough to fit any size rig if you can get into them. The biggest downer were the flies. I have never seen so many flies. They were literally everywhere and took any chance to get into the RV. We were killing flies for days after we left. The bees made themselves known as well. Verizon was 4g 2 bars. No Directv satellite due to trees.

This was a very nice overnight stop on my way south. Easy to find (it's only about a mile off I-15). It might not have been so easy if there is a lot of snow though. The inch or so on the ground on Dec 10 was no problem. I was the only camper, the dogs loved it, lots of room for them to run (and no one around to care if they did). I think there was a caretaker onsite at the other end and I did see a police cruiser go around once. Saw a couple of, cross country skiers too in the morning but that was it. I'm pulling a small 5th wheel (about 30' total so didn't have any problem getting in. Trees are bare though so maybe when leafed out things would look different? (This remark pertains to the previous reviewer with a big MH). I think all the sites are pull through. No problem with the electric hookup. No water of course at this time of year. No flies, no bees :)) and my T-Mob Hot Spot worked great but I don't remember how many bars there were.

We stayed for 4 nights. The sites are pull-through. It was easy to find via GPS. There are nice showers and restrooms. Electric/water with a central dump station. There are lots of flies but mainly around the trees, we were able to pull further into the spot, avoid the trees being right by our door, and did not have an issue with them intruding. We used a longer electrical cord since we pulled further away from the box. We reserved ahead of time, but it wasn’t full. The check-in procedures are posted at the office since it isn’t staffed. It is very well maintained.

This place is very well maintained and has nice pull through sites with full hookups. A couple of trees for shade and a nice picnic table, awesome bathroom and shower facilities that are maintained and clean. Very reasonable price. It’s by the road but it is still quiet and comfortable.

12 RV sites. we got in on a Sunday so the park itself was quiet. it was fairly cheap at $25 for 50amp/water/dump station and very clean as well. downside,
lots of road noise. Sites are tight for large rigs, but doable as long as no one is sticking out too far. the sites have some nice small trees for shade. Verizon worked great with 3-4bars. Sites one and the one across from it (7 or 12)are easiest to get in and out of, of course.

We were the only tent campers here. Set up in the grass under a tree. Great little spot that probably never fills up for tents. On the sheet at the office it looked like the RV sites were all booked.
