If you want a campground close to all the restaurants, attractions, and action that Pigeon Forge has to offer, this is your place. It is one street off the main drag, near other hotels and behind a go-cart track, but when you want to go to sleep at night you can't hear it. It is a family campground, so lots of kids, but when its quiet time it gets quiet and no issues. We staying on the back row at the wood line, just because we have a longer trailer. The river sites look nice, but most are short, and looks like a chore to get level on some of them. Bathhouse is excellent, and lots of kids amenities on site. Full hook-ups with no issues, and great friendly staff. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge. As far as site, had awning fully extended and then probably another 4 feet past that to the other camper, so for in town, it was a nice site.

This has been our go to campground while staying in the Smoky Mountain region for about 4 years now. We normally go there twice a year. The shower house is nicer than a 5 star hotel. The pool area is kept in perfect condition. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The Pigeon Forge Trolley stops in the park about every 30-45 minutes.

It was July 4rth weekend and I knew that most RV spots would be full so I was happy to have found the last spot on the website of this place which is now called Camp Rivers Landing.
When I first booked it online the price was little over $50, which was fine. I didn't get a confirmation so I called Camp Rivers Landing. The person said the total charge was going to be over $200 for 3 nights so I was shocked how it jumped so high even with taxes and fees.
But when we checked in and I was given a map with the pricing, I for sure felt ripped off. it said that during holidays the price for what I got which is a standard back-in is $62. I was charged for the Riverside area which is $66.
We were also near the dump area which was piled high with garbage. Yes it was the weekend of the fourth but they could have arranged a pickup with the site being super full.

Nice place to stay but needs some upgrades. WIFI and cable unstable and had to revert to antenna Site small for big rigs and make a challenge getting in and especially getting out.

Great location with two trolley stops one on each end of the camp grounds. The playground was fairly new and my daughter loved it. The pool was simple but also had a 1 ft kiddie pool and a small splash pad. The river was the best part. We had a back in parking spot right on the river with a big shade tree. We loved fishing and playing in the shallow areas. Lots of people swam of tubed by and it made for a fun time. The bathrooms were sooo clean and kept up. The washing machines were very new and quick. My only complaint would be the wild geese that hang around, I know they can’t do much about it, but they were drawn to certain areas of the camp ground and there was tons of geese poop around. If I stayed at the sites with the geese poop I would have been disappointed but I guess we were lucky and they stayed away from our area.

Clean shower house. Laundry. Nice little pool. Best location you could ask for when visiting PF & Gatlinburg.

A little expensive but it’s close to everywhere right in the middle of pigeon forge. The sites are a little
Cramped in some spots but it’s a nice campground with. Ice amenities. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they have neat events for campers. We liked it here

Pool nice. Little pigeon river cool spot. Not much privacy with 100 approx hotels rooms across river but that is part of the quaint style of this spot. If you get a river spot your fire ring will likely be very unlevel and on the edge of a river cliffside. Hard to use some of them fire rings.
