$80 for sites with only electric hookups is pretty expensive. There’s kind of water, but you have to drag a 100’ hose to fill your tank. Needed to stay in the area and this was the only place, otherwise avoid it.

Although we stayed here 2 nights it was only because the FS campgrounds were closed or in the process of closing. Normally FS doesn’t close Campground until middle or end of October but this year closed early because of budget cutbacks according to park ranger.
Every site has electricity but shared water with dump on site. The sites are numbered really strange & park is laid out very weird. I guess during the busy summer months this place is hopping. I would rather stay literally next door at the NF Campground for only $7/night. We paid $20 but it was because it was the end of season.

This campground is on National Forest land, but it's leased to Highway West Vacations management company, which owns and/or manages several RV resorts which have full hookups, cabins, restaurants, etc. The sites were fine, the amenities were pretty good, and the marina was very nice. Several very well-appointed boats for rent on a lake that I gather is very good for fishing. It was very difficult for me to find -- my googlemaps app took me to the wrong location on Crescent Lake, but maybe that's just a problem with my phone. No cell service to speak of, and the wifi was not great.

We are a family of 3, with a 2year old boy. We booked a last minute getaway, and chose this place as we love it's sister resort, Flying Flags.
We were surprised to leave 75 degree temperature in Vancouver WA, only to arrive and see 3+ feet of snow, but the temperature has still been warm and the snow added to the beauty!
Sarah in the general store was very nice to us, as was Chris who helped us hire our boat for the day.
All the staff have gone out of their way to make all of us feel welcome, especially our son, who has loved the freedom to ride his bike in a less populated resort.
Will definitely return soon!

A friendly staffer showed us around via their buggy so we could pick the site with best fit for truck & trailer. Our site had both 30&50 Amp service, but closest water was across road two sites down. Anticipating this, we’d filled our water tank beforehand, which we knew would hold us for our four night stay. A number of occupied sites did not have apparent residents during our M-F stay, a friend told us many of those sites were longer term with heavy weekend use.
The lodge restaurant, open W-Sunday, had good burgers, but had changed from offering whole pizza last summer to only slices currently.
We’ll return to this area for sure, but will try snagging a forest service CG next time.

We spent two nights here -- we needed wifi and laundry over the weekend, and this was on a beautiful lake, so we figured it would be worth the price.
The reality was disappointing. The site we had booked, a "premium" site, felt like basically a gravel parking lot. Zero privacy, super close to the neighbors with literally nothing separating the sites.
Wifi was not available there or throughout most of the campground, and even right outside the main office it was spotty (video calls kept interrupting).
Shower required quarters, and then turned out to not work.
There was only one working laundry machine ($5.00 total for cleaning/drying a single load).
Overall the place looked a bit sad (mid-May).
On the bright side, the staff were very nice. We were able to relocate to a different site and they refunded the money we paid for the shower. They explained that they were still in the process if getting everything set up from the winter. Nice people, not their fault, but the company that runs this campground should be charging maybe $30 at most for what this currently offers.
