After traveling through a rain storm at night called and pulled in. Easy hook up, big spaces, little overpriced at $38. Grain elevator noise but once air was on you could not hear it. Easy in and out. Would stay again

We were last minute booking a site here. The gentlemen that I spoke to on the phone and greeted us upon arrival was very nice. We arrived late and he met us at the gate and took us to our site. Due to the hour we arrived he said we could pay him in the morning since we would only be there one night. We called him the next morning as we were getting ready to pull out so we could pay him. He showed up promptly and we were on the road. Very nice guy!
Amenities: We hooked up to water and 50 amp electric. Worked great. Internet came in good and we even got about 20 tv stations over air without having to set up our dish. No pads, only sandy dirt to park on and was level. There is a cafe in town that he owns. We weren’t there long enough to explore the small town but would definitely return when traveling through again. It seemed very safe!

Just passing through and found this RV park. Great setting in a small town. The host was very nice. He also delivered us our food from the Cafe in town. Food was great. Really enjoyed our stay.

This small park is great for overnight or weekly travelers. It is fairly new so there are no trees or grass yet. Very good for an overnight stop. Genoa is located on the plains of eastern Colorado and very close to I-70. It’s about 100 miles to Denver. The park has wide pull through sites on gravel/dirt and FHUs . There is a small building with restrooms and showers and a covered picnic table area with BBQs. If you are traveling with kids, there is a nice town playground across from the RV park. We saw several cottontail rabbits that would be glad to share their space with dogs that might need to get out and play after a long day in the coach, truck, or car. ATT and Verizon worked. So did our portable Dish. The owner, Hayden, is very nice; he also runs a long term campground nearby and a cafe a couple blocks away. We would stay here again.

It wasn’t nice. Seemed very rundown. Decided to just keep driving. Would only recommend if you had no where else to go. Also little to no service was dropping phone calls and no ability to look for other places to stay.

This place is what I would call a "roadside rv park." It is basically just a big field with some hookups in it. The area is a bit run down, but the sites are level, the hookups were good, and it was nice and quiet. There is a small park across the street that our daughter enjoyed playing at, and a baseball diamond where we were able to use our long leash to throw the ball for our dog. Overall, I am glad we didn't let appearance deter us from staying here. The elevation is about 5600ft, so it is a great place to stop for the night and start acclimating to the elevation if you are headed into the mountains. The owner, Hayden, was very nice. The internet was decent enough for my husband and I to get some work done, and the (Verizon) cell service was good enough to FaceTime the grandparents back home. They have bathrooms on site, but we did not use them, so I cannot speak to their cleanliness.

This was a great overnight stay with full hook ups and level site. We had no problem getting directTV satellite working and our cell service was good. Called and spoke to Hayden late afternoon to get a site and he was there when we arrived to guide us in. We are in a 41’ motorhome towing a 25’ enclosed trailer and there was no problems pulling in without unhooking our tow. Yes it’s a big open field with hook ups in a small town but well worth the $40.00. Would definitely do another overnight here.

We were traveling from Utah to North Carolina and needed a place to spend the night. This place is safe, clean, has level sites and Haden was a fantastic host. If you need a no frills place to spend the night - this place is perfect. It also had some of the most modern electric hookups we have ever seen.

Park is in an area of very few RV parks so it does fill a need. There are two, 1 person restrooms that were spotlessly clean but no showers. Sites are full hookup but park has little by way of amenities. There is a playground across the street with little traffic. While I would stay here again if needed, I will probably plan to stop either in Colby, KS or Burlington, CO in future trips as the park is sufficient and accessible, I think that $40 is on the high side for such a park.
