Great sites! Large and spread out. Seems dog friendly. I don't care for the fact they breed discriminate though. Cabins are awesome and very clean. We stay each year with other family members. Everyone loves it.
Very tight spots which the pictures and description leads to. Depending on traffic times that 11 miles can take a while to get through to get to the city and past. Dollar General very close for last minute needs. There are no fire rings at the sites. We had to ask for one on our way out the first day but there was some sort of mix up and it was not delivered. The office was closed when we returned so we had no fire on our first night of camping. I had tried to get closer to the city but all those campsites were booked. Grateful this site had availability but I'm not sure we will return simply due to the tight parking and the distance from the city and battlefields.
