Inspiring location. Amazing views from the top of the hill. There is a parking lot at the top of the hill.
Great location as you are right on the lake. The staff are very nice the and grounds are well maintained. Bath house is more what you would expect in a remote campground so we chose not to use it. Sewer holes not capped at our site. Lots of long term mobile homes. They have a dock if you want to get your boat out on the lake although it seemed fairly steep. Not a bad stop with flexible owners.
An amazing retreat from the world. Sit on one of the many benches in the sacred grove and just listen. It is impossible not to feel Gods hand in all that s around you. There are a lot of walking paths so plan enough time to do some walking (or sitting). You can also see Joseph Smiths House. Special Tip: The temple is right around the corner.
