We stayed here overnight on our way from New Mexico to Fredericksburg. Parking is along a narrow road at the back of the rest stop. There is a free Rv dump as soon as you take a right where the sign separates cars from Rv/semi-trucks.
Park far to the right to allow other vehicles to get by. It is not a wide road, so make room for the big rigs. There were two other RVers here, a fifth wheel and a smaller class a. We stayed here in a 45ft class A with a Jeep and fit in with no problems.
There is room for 6-8 units along the back, but the front parking lot where the cars go was empty, so if you arrive and it’s full, consider checking out the car section for a place to stay.
We stopped here for just a quick overnight stay. We are in section North Beach site #23. Getting to our site was easy and we had a decent amount of space once we were parked.
We only had water and electric hookups, but they had two dump stations located in the park that were easily accessible.
The app doesn't give me the option for 5g, but we had 4 bars of 5G here.
