THEY LEFT US! I talked to the captain several times when we were on our way to confirm our reservation. We had a 930 reservation. They gave our seats to walk-ups and left port 15 minutes early.. 3 crying kids sitting in the parking lot watching the boat pull off early... I called them and they were rude and really didn't care that we didn't get to go. I was really lucky to find Hubbards Marina in De Soto Park or our day would have been completely ruined, which by the way, was a nicer boat, very nice staff, and a little less expensive.
