We stayed here after a very rainy few day’s. The nearby waterfalls were overflowing. So we chased waterfalls during the rain, hiked to Blood Mtn on the sunny days and had a wonderful time. Word of caution, some sites are extremely small and have a ton of trees. We had a small tree fall on our 3 days old F450 😬 love this area, close big and moonshine.

This is a very large campground but has so much to do here. There is a 27 mile paved bike trail, beach access via car or bike, pier, Resturants and great shopping nearby. The pool is very large and sites are nicely spaced. The laundry was ok. Highly recommend.

This park has a ton to offer unfortunately the campground is in need of lawn maintenance. There are a lot of people that live there full time.

We stayed here to go to the Space Center. The campsites are extremely close and resembles a jigsaw puzzle. We had to purchase three nights but only stayed two since the weekends must include Friday. It rained very hard while we were there and some of the campsites were flooded to the point it looked like it would enter the RV. It was definitely up to the middle of the truck tires. Fortunately our site wasn’t that bad but we walked in at least 6 inches of water to enter our camper. The site was very small could not put out our awning and could extend our slide. It was cramped. We have a 30ft TT and a F250. I don’t think a 5th wheel would fit because of the overhang on the tree. The laundry needed cleaning and was underwater for at least a day.
